This is not a bot review. I tend to leave only terrible reviews for places that deserve it and I rarely find things that make me content. This hotel is one of those few places. Service and convenience is pretty much this places strong suit. The location is amazing; near transit and restaurants. Family mart downstairs with everything you need. ATM and currency exchange downstairs.

You can see the hotel immediately after coming out of exit 5 from midosuji subway line. Just need to cross the street diagonally and will arrive at hotel in 2 mins. Many dining options available nearby and walking distance to shinsaibashi/dotonbori area. Room and bed were comfy.

This is the second time for my stay under this hotel group, still no disappointment for me. Hotel also provides facial products and amenities for me to use, this is what I love most. The location of the hotel is super convenient, there are many different kinds of shops near hotel, such as dining and shopping centre. Convenient store just locates at ground floor, it helps me a lot when my flight is in mid night for my arrival.

Good hotel- skip breakfast
Convenient place to stay right next to Osaka Namba station. Nice rooms and beds were comfortable. A word of warning… avoid the hotel breakfast option. Terrible. Starbucks only 250m away.

This hotel is perfectly located near train station, shopping and walking distance to river/entertainment district. We’re able to check our luggage in early, bonus. Hotel rooms were quiet and good size by Japan standards. Bathroom was clean & roomy. We had inter-connecting rooms for our family. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone & reasonably priced.

Outstanding location in the Namba district of Osaka. Within walking distance of Dotenburi, Kuromon, Namba Park, and a slew of shopping and food options. Get off the Osaka Metro, Namba Station and simply follow signs directing you to Exit 7. The hotel is right there as you come out of station.

Small room but overall a nice stay! Right near Dotonbori for great food and shopping. The elevator situation was awful! Three elevators that hardly seemed to work and ALWAYS stop at the lobby when you want to go to ground. Doesn't seem like a huge issue but when you use them 4x a day it becomes a huge annoyance. Overall a good hotel.

Does The Job Perfectly
We stayed 4 nights and it was excellent. Staff is very helpful. They have things you can borrow to your room like a boot dryer for example, which we utilized after it rained. They supply tea, coffee, razors, face wash, brushes, toothbrushes, etc in case you forgot one. The room is small, but it made no difference at all. Also, perfect walking distance for food, shopping, or transit. Highly recommend.

Basic hotel. Small room. No view. Good location. Close to subway and walk to shopping, to Dontborri Street. The guy at the reception desk was great but others service, friendliness was lacking. Construction nearby. Ok for one night.

Osaka Trip
Nice modern hotel. Very convenient next to Nankai Terminus for travellers from Kansai Airport. Only problem is finding the right exit from the station.(Follow the signs for Airport Bus as the Stop is outside the hotel- NB it's bus to Itami not Kansai!) Has Konbini next to Entrance- can buy snacks, ready meals etc.,etc. Breakfast served in Pizzeria attached to hotel.Food quality is good but Japanese Breakfast dishes not my idea of breakfast.I love Japanese Food but apart from the scrambled egg regard most of the dishes as Dinner Offerings. You can buy Sandwiches,Buns ,Yoghurts,Fruit etc from the Family Mart and take advantage of the Coffees,Creamers from Reception Area for Breakfast or visit a nearby Starbucks or the like. Hotel is spotless and Staff friendly. Would stay here again.

From Namba station take exit 5 or 7 to hotel (5 have elevators). Across the street has a few shopping malls and lots of shops outside. Room considered big as I have a double bed room but the toilet always foul smelling. Price is a bit on the high side about usd120 per night when I book so look up for better price and join their member for early check in and late check out

The location was excellent with a subway stop just steps away from the front door. Family Mart located downstairs with large selection of food and drinks. Rooms small but very efficient, clean and well laid out. Good option for room cleaning, either full cleaning or just change the towels. Very quiet. Very convenient to train station, restaurants and shopping streets.

Great hotel
Very affordable hotel with an excellent facilities. Great location, Namba station is just a few steps away from the hotel. Very convenient . Lots of restaurants and shopping stores around. Highly recommended to tourist like me.

Good location
The Korean gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite. So is another young lady (I think a Chinese lady) - helped me arranged delivery of my luggage. Room expectedly was small as per Japanese standards but was clean. It was ok for me as a solo traveler however maybe a tight squeeze for couples or for framilies. Can collect amenities such as hair curlers, tea and pajamas at the reception. Best is the location so near the Nankai Line and other subway stations/ lines. Walkable to most attractions and malls.

Very nice ... west to get to.... clean, secure
Handy base near to Namba Stations and the Namba Parks mall and food court. Not sure about the sweet corn mixed in scrambled eggs for breakfast but there were no adverse reactions 🙂
