In a great location, walking distance from Akihabara and the Imperial Palace/ Ginza area! Lots of food options around, very convenient!

It was amazing. Very clean. Close to mega donki. Staff were super friendly. Room was great. Large bathtub to soak in after walking 12 hour days. Close to lots of food. Near two major lines, JR line and Midosuji.

Very close to Spa World, Shinsekai, one metro stop to Tennoji. Plenty restaurants around. Pls notice that the hotel will only have cleaning every 4 days, but they can change your towels daily.

We stayed here for the first 4 days of our trip and were really happy with the hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are spacious. Hotel staff was so nice and helpful. This hotel is in the center of a lot of small dining restaurants even one that’s open 24hrs so you can eat whenever you arrive. The JR line and Osaka metro are less than a 5min walk. There’s also super markets close by. Perfect stay.

great stay in great area of Osaka,
short 1 day stay at Shinsekai area.. same block as great Shinsekai area... great options in nightlife, food and sites.. close to Tower... great option in stay.. fast check in, amenities provided, clean room..would consider stay again

Amazing hotel
My stay was amazing and no words can describe the excellent service I got from the team at the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast. but there is a hint of sweat smell from the centralised air-condition. Hope they can rectify this problem.

Good hotel and value for money
Nice hotel - but room service such daily emptying of bins and room cleaning was not part of the service. Overall the rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. The area was close to many eating places and close to train station.

The location was nice, however the room was very small and had a weird smell when we turned on the AC. We were stuck there during a typhoon and had barely any room to eat our take out properly. They do not have any common areas which we could use. The staff were not very accommodating to us. The breakfast was bad for 1300 yen per person. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a hidden gem. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Loved all the amenities. We also loved all the different choices for breakfast. Lots of dining options in the area. Lots of things to do that was walking distance. Highly recommend!!

新世界のど真ん中にあるホテル。どこへ行くのも便利だし、心配してた治安も　街中なので、それはそれで夜は騒がしいけど部屋に入れば静かで快適。夜も1人でコンビニとか歩いて行きました。 お部屋も綺麗で文句なし。次回も大阪に行く時は泊まりたいです。

이번에 6박했는데 위치적으로도 좋고 편하더라고요. 대신 3일에 한번 룸 클리닝을 하고 그외에는 수건 교체 및 쓰레기 수거만 하기 때문에 그 부분만 상관없으면 저렴하고 좋은 것 같습니다
