We could live with that. The real issue was the poor service. They would not accept our luggage delivery and I had to sit on the lobby and wait for the delivery (about an hour). We also had to haul our luggage out as they would not call a service for us. They would only give us one key card and said there would be a 9,000 yen charge if it was not returned upon check out. So I asked if someone could clean the room instead, but the front-desk told me the cleaning staffs were already gone for the day and there was absolutely nothing they can do! The hotel does not provide cleaning if you stay multiple days, the rooms are tiny with no room to open a suitcase and very filthy. I booked 2 rooms and they were both filthy and smelled musty. She was older and seemed to be venting her own unhappiness on me. It was so scary. The room was dark. It's like a prison. It's full of bad luck. I lost $60,000 because of this. I regret living here very much.
