Fue difícil encontrarlo esta en una zona normal, pero la habitación y el edifico ya estaban viejos, hay un robot que limpia pero el aire acondicionado estaba polvoso al igual que otros objetos, la cocina estaba manchada, el elevador estaba viejo y sucio, en la entrada del edifico había un nido de quien sabe que insecto, las camas no eran tan cómodas y por lo polvoso costaba dormir. El baño ya estaba viejo tenía una pequeña fuga en la manguera de la regadera. La locación está normal cerca de tiendas y transporte. Si urge que remodele ya sus cuartos y el edificio. These are our thoughts: Pros: 18-minute walk to Shin-Osaka / Shinkansen station 12-minute walk to Minamikata Station Lawson / Family Mart stores located within 3 min walk Large garbage/recycle bins! Unit includes washing machine with detergent Body wash, shampoo, facial tissue, toilet paper included Larger shower stall then hotels Cons: Late 5pm check in time! Bed frames squeaky which makes it difficult to rest for 4\. Denim sheets and pillow case with dark navy blue towels (- we are used to white sheets and towels) Un-manned property (no front desk or cleaning staff) Had to ship luggage from Tokyo to Sagawa Express pickup location instead. Then ship them back to Tokyo again using Sagawa. (About 15 min walk). No Dryer, but you can walk to the local coin laundromat (12 mins for 100 Yen - we washed the included towels and floor mats multiple times) Unit's aging A/C unit was barely working and unit was very warm during August stay. No microwave but a full size kitchen sink and mini fridge.
