"We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree in Reading. The check-in process was seamless (and the signature warm cookie is always a plus!). Our room was clean, quiet, and the AC kept everything perfectly cool throughout the night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. It’s also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff were all very nice. Inside the hotel room was clean and somewhat up to date. However, the toilet didn’t work very well. The maintenance guy said they’re in the process of updating the toilets but wasn’t fun to deal with. The hallways and property is pretty run down and we smelled some odors. We stayed there on a Saturday night and I guess people were coming home from the club so there was a lot of noise that woke us up and people revving their engines. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Lovely hotel in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional! Room was immaculate and clean. Definitely will stay here every year I come to the Berks Jazz Festival. It’s only a 15 min drive."
