Although there was some commotion and noise around the front desk. Our room was very quiet. We slept well no disturbances. The staff was friendly and helpful. "Staff were nice and room’s were clean overall but some of the amenities weren’t working like ice machine on our floor, our TV, and Wi-Fi was spotty too. For waters or bottled drinks, there aren’t any vending machines on the room floors so you have to ask for them at the front desk. It’s located in a convenient spot in downtown Tacoma with the T-line station and bus stations being very walkable."
