The Gem in Sarigerme
We had a fabulous 3 night stay , Kenlan and staff were absolutely fabulous . The minute we arrived we became immersed in its charm , ambience and bohemian surroundings . Room in garden was brilliant , small but enticing touches everywhere , a credit to the owners and staff . Couldn’t recommend highly enough , 5 star value for money .

Nice hotel
The hotel is away from the noisy businesses, yet an easy walk. The room is comfortable, though the shower door was broken. The man at the front desk was awesome.

Wow! Fabulous hotel loved everything about it, looks exactly like in the photos if not better, the food was excellent and the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend only 15 mins from the airport

We book this hotel as it has spa ,however we were given a room with two small beds ,no curtains ,bad view ,you have to carry your luggage’s a lot so be careful Also ; No Wi-Fi No tv Small room Quite old rooms No hot water to shower No proper curtains With the same money you can get a better place to stay ,

Dear Mehmet,First of all, thanks a lot for your review.Secondly, we never had SPA/ and said we had. AS to the room size - the size is clearly indicated at the site - 14 sq meters, twin or double bed, pool or garden view. You had standart room with garden view on the second floor. As to the hot water - we always have hot water, and it is VERY hot.We are sorry you did not like your stay.

Beautiful hitel
Beautiful hotel, clean, calm and tranquil. Left a bag and they were so kind and helpful in contacting the airport and arranging its return. The pool area is beautiful with plenty beds and shade, had lunch around the pool and the food was lovely as were the breakfasts. It’s well positioned in Sarigerme and within easy walking distance of the beach. Would definitely return

Highly recommended
The owner/staff at reception were pleasant and welcoming . The rooms we we were allocated were historical and full of character but everything worked and was clean . The pool was excellent . Would stay here again .

3 nights of peace and quiet compared to Istanbul. I have travelled a fair amount and perhaps Han Hotel may not have all the trimmings as a 5 star hotel but what it has is personality with a warm and welcoming feel. This is mainly because of the energy/drive from the manager Galia and perhaps trying to do something different. Serigerme is not a large high street 200m with the typical bars/typical shops and typical food, however if you just venture 20m beyond the high street you come to Han Hotel. So even if you plan not to stay perhaps drink by the pool (or even a dip) or a nice dinner you will be pleasantly surprised. Technically the best cocktails in town.

Two night stay.
We initially stayed for one night which then turned into two due to the bed! Very cosy hotel and exceptional staff who were welcoming and attended to our every need. The deluxe room was large and the bed, with memory foam topper, was very comfortable. Breakfast was typically Turkish, delicious and plentiful. A lovely quaint homely hotel I can thoroughly recommend. Only one small point, the shower was powerful but only luke warm. Otherwise fantastic.

This hotel was gorgeous! The rooms were so clean and the owners were so friendly. The breakfast was gorgeous. Our flight wasn’t until late and we were allowed to continue to use the room. Fully recommend this hotel!

Excellent Bohemian Boutique Hitek
Excellent little hotel. Very bohemian in look and feel and a very friendly staff. We couldnt really ask for more. Food wise the breakfast was truly stunning, very authentic and interesting, possibly one of the best I had in Turkey. There was a mess up with the payments meaning I had to pay 2x, but this was clearly Hotels.com issue and not the hotel. THe manager explained the situation to me and I felt very comfortable that it was in hand. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place for close to the beach or flying out
Came in late and was helped immediately. Upgraded our room and mattress was one of the most comfortable in our entire trip in Turkey.

I arrived much later than I wanted to and was given a very warm welcome and much appreciated refreshing lemon drink. I just wish I had more time to spend in this lovely hotel. Although I was in an older, and subsequently cheaper room it was very comfortable and did not detract in any way from the pleasure of an all too short a stay in a very interesting and pleasant location. The owners were very helpful and went out of their way to offer additional assistance

Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi, konum olarak uygun. Farklı bir konsepti var, iç mimarisi özenle yapılmış. 3 kisilik odalar dağa bakan kısım çok fazla gürültülü, sokak odanın içinde gibi. Odada televizyon olmaması garipti. Temizlik hizmeti iyi. Odada bavul açmak için hiçbir yer yok. Kahvaltı icin oturma yerleri sınırlı, masa sayısı az.

Thanks a lot for your comments - they are very valuable to us.We unintalled TVs on purpose creating the opportunity for our guests to really relax from every day life.As to the place for breakfast - there is a lot of place in the hotel - beautiful tables by the pool, tables in teh garden, inside the restaurant and of course terrace - the closest area to buffet brealfast where everyone prefer to sit. Nevertherless, there is a space for every of our vauable guest.

We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad, prima ontbijt en avondeten.. (alles home made gemaakt) De ontvangst was zeer persoonlijk. Leuke kamer met klein balkon.. zwembad was heerlijk en gezellige zitjes die leuk waren ingericht. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven als je van klein schalige hotelletjes houdt.

Havuz başına aldandık
Otelde iki köpek var. Gelene geçene havlıyorlar ama zararsızlar. Sabah 7.30 havlamalarına uyanıyorsun. Buldukları heryere işiyorlar gözlerimle gördüm(ama sanırım tek rahatsız olan bendim) . Odalar kahvaltı alanının hemen üstünde olduğu için misafirlerin sesine yine uyanıyorsun. Buzdolabı çalışmıyor gibi bişeydi. Kapılar çok eski açıp kapamak biraz güç gerektiyor. Lamba canı isterse yandı istemezse yanmadı. Otelde çok vakit geçirmediğimiz için bunlar pek umrumuzda olmadı ama buraya yazayım dedim . Çalışanlar çok kibar her isteğinize yetişiyorlar . İşletme sahipleri Güler yüzlü ama geldiğimiz gün ‘normalde hakkınız bugünden başlamıyor ama buyurun gelin kahvaltı yapın’ dedikten sonra 180 TL parasını almaları bence çok çirkin oldu. Kahvaltısı güzel. Yemekler pahalı tadım yapmadım yorum yok. Temizlik güzel. Otel merkezi. En çok sevdiğim yeri ise havuz başı oldu çok özenmişler güzel süslemişler .

Der Check In war kaum ausreichend. Ein Mann saß hinter einem Tisch, wir kamen gegen 18/19uhr an. Ein nettes Hallo aber auch nicht mehr. Es wurden Bilder von den Pässen gemacht vom Handy und nicht gelöscht, dies war sehr irritierend. Das Zimmer hat für eine Nacht erreicht. Der Boden war sehr sandig, kaum gewischt. Was sehr penetrant gewirkt hat, als der Mann vom Check In gegen 23/00uhr an der geklopft hat, um mir einen Wisch vorzuhalten, den ich unterschreiben muss, da er meine Kreditkarte belastet hatte. Dies war nicht akzeptabel, erst recht nicht um diese Uhrzeit ! Entweder tut man dies Morgens oder am Tag beim Check Out. Das Frühstück war das Einzige was toll war. Eine süßes kleines Büffet mit einheimischen Gerichten. Check Out gab es nicht, alles sehr unkoordiniert und unorganisiert. Sehr schade ...
