"This lovely property was perfect for our stay in October, especially the outdoor seating areas with views of the sea. My only minor comment would be that although it is really near the sea - about 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk - the description of a few steps is a bit optimistic! The highlight of the area for us was the fantastic Berchida beach"

"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"We had an enjoyable week staying at this family friendly villa, which is well located between the beach and Orosei, and within striking distance of Mount Tiscali and Gola di Gorropu. The villa is simple, yet well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We ate most meals outside on the porch and made good use of the BBQ. Our two young girls enjoyed playing games in the garden and loved the beach, which was just a short walk from the house, and went swimming most days. There...

"The house is on top of a hill with a great view. The outside area is perfect with hammocks and plenty of relaxing areas. Inside the decor was nice. At night the rooms get hot but with the fans make sleeping okay. We enjoyed a few BBQs and were very happy at the house. There are bikes to ride into the little town nearby and towards the plentiful beaches... everything you need to have a great time and fall in Love with Sardinië is there... Thank you very much for the typical Sardinian treats upon...

"Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Ideal für eine Familie. Der Garten ist etwas schlicht, aber es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht den Pizza-Ofen zu benutzen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen."

Our only commentary would be that there is very little amenity (no soap, laundry powder etc, necessary for travellers) and the wifi did not work well."
