The house is surrounded by pine trees and is a two minute walk from the beach. The area is very quiet and windy, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and the sea. The whole area is surrounded by splendid coves that can also be reached on foot; for those who choose Calaliberotto it is impossible not to visit the Oasis of Biderosa, about 2 km away from the house. The house has an outdoor gazebo, a barbecue and private parking and many other comforts!

Also available in winter, even only on weekends at prices not to be missed!

A pochi metri dalla spiaggia
Appartamento pulito e spazioso, proprietari solerti nella comunicazione, ubicazione ottimale, vicini educati e tranquilli. Abbiamo patito un po' il caldo e qualche volta i due ventilatori non ci sono bastati. Magari un minimo di dotazione iniziale (sapone, detersivo per piatti etc.) sarebbe utile per chi viaggia come noi in aereo.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage inmitten von Bäumen, etwas abseits der Straße, gelegen. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief problemlos auf Englisch per WhatsApp. Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten, aber funktionell. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, ein Backofen wäre jedoch noch gut gewesen. Die Mieter in der zweiten Ferienwohnung hat man nur ab und zu bemerkt, sie waren aber auch meist nicht da. Die Beschreibung der Meeresnähe hat nicht ganz gestimmt. Man braucht mehr als 2 Min. zum Wasser und dort war leider auch kein Einstieg möglich. Die Fewo ist 1,5 Stunden vom Flughafen entfernt.

Nice location, very closed to the beach
We spent a wonderfull week. The house is big, very pratical, clean with a big garden and terrasse. It is consistent with the description of the announcement. Valeria has been always responsive and kind for the arrival, during the stay and for the departure. For the mosquitoes (yes, there are some mosquitoes in the neghborhood !) she provided all the required products). We will for sure come back here in case we travel back to Sardinia.

Strandnähe war super. Objekt sauber und ordentlich.auch bei Belegung der zweiten Wohnung kein Gedränge. Insektenschutz an allen Räumen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok. Kein WLAN...

Es war alles befriedigend, jedoch stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis nicht. Absolut veraergert waren wir, da Kosten vor Ort fuer Bettwaesche entstanden, die nicht vor der Reservierung aufgefuehrt sind, das ist eine unzulaessige Vertragsaenderung!
