From the bedroom to the beach in a moment, from sea salt aperitif on the terrace. The house is friendly and fresh, is always supposed to be taken care of guests: Interior of Orosei marble, three bedrooms, closets for guests, two bathrooms (marble), two living rooms, a large kitchen and complete everything you need, mosquito nets in every window, hot and cold outdoor shower, stone barbecue in the garden, hammock, plants and flowers that color and come with a perfect vacation for the whole family. Finally, for those who love the sea in winter will be welcomed in a house full of electric heating.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Einziger Minuspunkt: etwas laute Umgebung, es war jede Nacht irgendwo eine Party oder laute Musik. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Schönes Haus in touristischer Umgebung

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, viel Platz, toller Strand am Haus, viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Liegt sehr zentral im Touristenort Cala Liberotto. Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen, dafür immer Musik und Disko von den umliegendenden Hotels und Bars. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wir waren begeistert...

Mit dem frisch gebrühten Kaffee an den Strand setzen: Die Lage ist umwerfend, die Strandwanderungen direkt vor der Tür ein Genuss. Und Frühaufsteher*innen begrüßen jeden Morgen die aus dem Meer aufsteigende Sonne. Herrlich. Sehr gepflegtes Haus, immer sehr schnelle und sehr freundliche Hilfe bei Fragen / Problemchen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Hier würden wir gern wieder hinkommen!

Traumhaus direkt am Meer

Tolles, großzügiges Haus wirklich direkt am Meer. Man tritt aus dem Gartenpförtchen heraus und geht 50m zur wunderschönen , kleinen Bucht mit glasklarem , blauen Wasser. Hier kann man losschwimmen, schnorcheln, durch einen niedlichen kleinen „ Canyon“ schwimmen! Ideal für Kinder und Erwachsene . Der Strand ist nicht feinsandig, eher kieselig- rechts und links die Buchten eher sandig. Zu unserer Zeit war dieser Strand 🏖 nie überfüllt- am WE mehr als in der Woche. Das Haus hat eine schöne , große Terrasse, dann eine große Küche - alles mit Blick aufs blaue Meer! Die Aussendusche ebenfalls genial. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere kleine, nette Bars ! Ein größeres Hotel in der Nähe macht manchmal etwas „ Animationslärm“- hält sich in Grenzen. Ansonsten kein Halligalli in der Nähe. Supermärkte ca. 2,5 km entfernt , Brötchen / Obst in der Bar ums Eck vom Haus . Unsere Familie war begeistert....

Urlaub direkt am Strand

Tolles Haus mit sehr umfangreicher und hochwertiger Ausstattung. In allen Fenstern sind Fensterläden und Mückengitter eingebaut, die Außendusche hat auch warmes Wasser (wir waren im Oktober dort). Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit des Doppelhauses. Die Kommunikation läuft sehr umkompliziert vor Ort und via Whatsapp.

Großartige Lage an der Cala Liberotto

Die Lage ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, einfach großartig. In wenigen Metern ist man am Strand. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, man findet alles was man braucht. Grazia und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Gracie. Molto Bello.

Casa Giulia, ein kleiner Traum direkt am Strand

Das Haus liegt fantastisch unter Pinien direkt an zwei schönen Buchten, die etwas größere ist von vielen Liegestühlen eines Hotels belegt, die kleinere, ohne irgendwelche Einrichtungen ist sogar noch schöner. Haus und Garten sind mit viel Liebe gestaltet, es fehlte uns an nichts und wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und das Meer hören und sehen zu können war so toll, dass wir abends fast immer zu Hause gegessen und gegrillt haben. Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni war der Strand auch nur mässig besucht (das wird im Sommer wahrscheinlich anders sein), das Wasser war noch recht frisch , aber baden konnte man durchaus schon. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Giulia, die Tochter mit der wir im Vorfeld alles besprochen haben, haben wir auch noch kennenlernen dürfen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter für die tolle Unterkunft, wir würden wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße, Susanne

Live the dream at this beautiful beach house

We had a wonderful week at Casa Giulia. The house was perfect for us, a family with 2 young children. The setting was idyllic, with a beautiful beach at the end of the garden. In April, we were often the only ones on the beach. The kids loved hunting for shells and climbing on the rocks, whilst the adults enjoyed the views of the sea and walks along the coastline. The house had all we needed and Grazia was a helpful and charming host. We hope we can return soon!

Una vacanza da sogno!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Giulia dal 6 al 20 agosto 2016 ed eravamo una famiglia con 2 bambine di 6 e 9 anni e una coppia di amici adulti. La vacanza è stata perfetta e nessuna delle nostre aspettative è andata delusa, anzi!! La casa è situata davvero in una posizione strategica, immersa in una bellissima pineta e affacciata sulla splendida spiaggetta di Cala Liberotto. La distanza dal mare è davvero minima e le foto rispecchiano realmente la posizione della casa; ciò significa che le nostre colazioni e le nostre cene sono state sempre allietate da un panorama paradisiaco...e quanti tramonti mozzafiato abbiamo visto..... La casa è splendida, pulita e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina per il caffè, micronde, frullatore...non mancava proprio nulla, e tutto nuovo e perfettamente funzionante). Ampi spazi, ricerca dei particolari, cura dei dettagli, nulla è scontato o lasciato al caso...e se c'era bisogno di qualcosa bastava telefonare ai proprietari presenti ad Orosei che subito si attivavano per risolvere ogni problema! Insomma noi siamo stati davvero bene, ci siamo rilassati e abbiamo goduto di tutte le meravigliose spiagge presenti nei dintorni di Orosei...e se posso consiglio vivamente la cucina casalinga della trattoria "Il buongustaio" a 200 metri circa dalla casa..piatti semplici ma cucinati divinamente dai proprietari, persone veramente disponibili e capaci di esaudire ogni nostra richiesta! Speriamo proprio di poter tornare presto a Villa Giulia per trascorrere altri momenti indimenticabili e per poter visitare quella parte di territorio che non abbiamo avuto tempo di vedere!

Traumurlaub

Herrliches Ferienhaus direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Wir, zwei Familien mit jeweils einem Kind, haben hier den idealen Ort gefunden. Das Haus von Grazia ist nicht nur perfekt gelegen, es ist auch noch äußert geschmackvoll (!) eingerichtet: Die Terrasse mit Sonnensegel, die Landhaus-Küche, die Außendusche, der Wohnraum, die Schlafzimmer, der lauschige Garten - alles ist mit Liebe und Bedacht gemacht. Die Hausbesitzerin hat auf alle Fälle ein (künstlerisches) Händchen - und ist auch sonst sehr freundlich. Sie behauptet zwar, kaum Englisch zu sprechen - aber eigentlich kann sie es ziemlich gut. Ihre Tochter Guilia macht im Vorfeld einen großen Teil der Kommunikation - auch das war sehr angenehm. Wir haben kein einziges Mal auswärts gegessen, zu schön ist es auf der eigenen Terrasse. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Supermärkte, ein (etwas versteckter) Fleischer und ein Fischgeschäft - mehr braucht es nicht zum glücklich sein!

Un petit paradis les pieds dans l'eau ...

Excellent séjour dans une superbe maison face à la mer Nous avons pu profiter de la fonctionnalité de la maison qui est de plus très bien décorée et aménagée. Le point fort reste sa situation avec le portail du jardin qui donne sur la plage , le tout sous les pins.... Pour ne rien gâcher Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques chaleureux et serviables À recommander !!!

Bella villa di fronte al mare

Abbiamo fatto due settimane in questa villa di fronte al mare dal 26/06/2015 al 11/07/2015. Come scritto nella descrizione della posizione è veramente in primissima fila vista mare, perchè superato il cancellino del giardino, è sufficiente attraversare una piccola parte di pineta ed inizia subito la spiaggia libera di piccoli sassolini. Avendo 3 bambini avevamo cercato una spiaggia di sabbia fine, che comunque è vicinissima a questa, ma devo dire che la presenza di sassolini fini, acqua limpida e soprattutto la presenza di tanti pesci nelle vicinanza dei bassi scogli, ci ha permesso di apprezzare pienamente il mare, i bimbi non si sono annoiati, anzi erano entusiasmi alla vista di pesciolini di varie dimensioni e colorati. Per gli amanti del nuoto e dello snorkeling posizione perfetta per poter fare nuotate nella vicinanza e sopra gli scogli immersi per arrivare ad altre spiaggette. Casa pulita e fresca, situata in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ben attrezzata come casalinghi. Proprietaria socievole e disponibile per informazioni e richieste. Zwei tolle Wochen Erholung, gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dem geschmackvoll, sehr gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Haus "Julia" verbracht. Wir genossen die optimale Lage, den tollen Blick von der großzügigen Terrasse auf die zwei Strände, den kurzen Weg zum Sand-Strand, das klare türkisfarbene Meer in der malerischen Bucht, das Schnorcheln mit "Fisch-Watching". Das Haus war für uns (Familie: 4 Personen, davon 2 Jugendliche 14J. und 17J.) optimal!!! Während die einen lange schliefen, konnten die anderen bereits im Meer baden :-)! Durch die hohen Pinien ist die Terrasse und der Garten beschattet (mit sonnigen Stellen). Dort kann man bestens in den bequemen Relax-Stühlen (3 St.) und der Hängematte entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach) mit viel Geschirr; den Backofen haben wir nicht benutzt. Ein kleines TV ist im Wohn-Eßzimmer. Die Räume sind ansprechend möbliert und ausreichend groß. Von der Terrasse betritt man das Wohn-Eßzimmer mit breitem Durchgang in die Küche. Außerdem befindet sich im EG ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,40m), ein kleineres Bad mit WB/ WC/ Dusche. Das OG betritt man über einen zimmergroßen quadratischer Gang mit Zier-Holzofen und Ausziehsofa (für Zwei). Auf der einen Seite ist ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 1,40m) mit angeschlossenem größeren Bad (WB/WC/Dusche). Zwei weitere kleinere Zimmer liegen zum Strand hin mit herrlichem Ausblick!! Das eine ist mit einem Stockbett ausgestattet, im anderen steht ein Ausziehsessel (Schlafmöglichkeit für eine Person) mit kleinem Klapp-Schreibtisch. Alles in allem wirklich sehr schön!!! Ab ca. 1.6. beginnt die Saison, dann öffnet ein nahegelegener (50m) kleiner Laden mit Obst/ Gemüse/ Brötchen. Alles weitere kann in mehreren kleinen Supermärkten in Sos Alinos gekauft werden. Dort ist auch eine tolle Eisdiele mit W-LAN, die gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Über den Strand kann man außerdem zum nahegelegenen Campingplatz SosAlinos gehen, um sonntags oder mittwochs ab 19.00Uhr eine Holzofen-Pizza zu genießen. Außerdem gibt es natürlich noch andere Gastwirtschaften/Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad/Auto lohnt sich ein Ausflug zum Naturpark Bidderosa (kostenpflichtig, außer man findet die seitlichen Zugänge im Zaun ;-)) mit langen Sandstränden! Unbedingt müssen noch die netten Gastgeber gelobt werden, die immer freundlich, zuverlässig und ansprechbar waren!!!! Kurze Rede- langer Sinn: Wir sagen Daumen hoch!!!! Viele Grüße!!!
