Super appart!
Nous avons séjourné 15 jours à oropesa del mar. Point positif: Appartement conforme aux photos spacieux et décoré avec goût propre. Bien équipé en vaisselle,ustensile de cuisine, épices, drap, lit fait l'arrivée top! 2 terrasses bien à l'abri de la chaleur d'Espagne ... Dont une avec Télé!! Plage de sable à 10 min à pied de l'appartement. Point négatif : Très bruyant le soir jusqu'à 1h du matin due aux enfants qui courent et hurlent... résonne énormément au sein de la résidence ! Assez éloigné des activités et du centre ville obligation de prendre la voiture et de la garer !! Cela étant dit nous avons passé de superbe vacances !

Mejores expectativas tal vez...
Hemos estado en diversidad de apartamentos vacacionales, y a pesar de que la ubicación (buscada aposta de playa) es muy buena, la falta de limpieza en el apartamento a la entrada era obvia...Sin entrar en detalles, era evidente tanto en suelos, sofá cama, cocina, frigorífico, baño, etc ... Además, cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando al entrar al baño, no había ni una triste toalla de cara siquiera, ni de ningún otro tipo por desgracia...el 1º en que nos sucede esto tras muchos como comento... Por otro lado, el apartamento es más pequeño realmente de lo que parece en fotos, apenas tendrá 30-40m²+ las terrazas, de las cuales, aprovechable es una solamente para cenar y tal, si se quiere.. El sofá cama no es apto para dos personas de peso algo elevado, ni siquiera para una pesada..ya que el "colchón" es más bien una goma espuma casi, de 3 dedos, que no olvidarás cuando te vayas, y lo peor, es el olor a humedad junto al mismo, de la cual yo aún tengo mucosidad de intentar domir esa semana en el mismo, sin duda lo peor.. La ducha de hidromasaje no funciona, es decir que la foto está estupenda en la web, pero realmente no está operativa, por lo que se limita a una simple ducha de alcachofa, sin bañera por supuesto como se ve en fotos...y de espacio muy reducido (el baño) casi se da con las rodillas en el bidé al estar sentado en el WC.. La nevera llena de hielo arriba,y a veces sale incluso agua al derretirse el hielo que se forma en las paredes de la misma aunque se baje mucho la potencia de enfriamiento,por lo que deja de enfriar en condiciones como es lógico.. El aparcamiento en garaje es de agradecer aunque tb es verdad que es la plaza más chunga para aparcar al fono pegado a pared y columna,y como sea ancho el vehículo tengo dudas de que entre siquiera sin dar con los espejos.. La zona está prácticamente vacía ya que parece ser de construcción más bien reciente y ampliación de la zona,por lo que si vas solo para ir a la playa (5-10min andando) está fenómeno, pero la zona donde está todo el movimiento de Oropesa está a 20-25min andando... En definitiva lo positivo:Zona para playear, Wifi bien, plaza garaje aunque estrecha, y terraza delantera como digo. Muy mejorable:Limpieza del apartamento, sofá cama, tanto colchón como la preocupante humedad, frigorífico, ambiente, ducha de hidromasaje inservible, y por favor, una simple toalla aunq sea.. quizás sea muy crítico, pero así son conmigo para q mejore, y así me gustaría a mí tb que me hubieran ayudado...

appartement excellent
les photos correspondent exactement à l'appartement. les 2 terrasses sont très bien même si elles se trouvent toutes les 2 à l'ombre toute la journée. La résidence est très bien entretenue. La piscine est propre et la température de l'eau agréable. Quelques reproches à faire mais qui ne peuvent pas être maitrisé par la propriétaire c'est le bruit incessant des enfants jouant à l'extérieur jusqu'à minuit. Sinon un grand merci à Mme PINAR pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está cerca de todo, ya que puedes ir andando a los sitios y a la vez tienes la tranquilidad de no estar en todo el centro. Hemos disfrutado mucho paseando y de la terracita. Lugar ideal para descansar

Des super vacances
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances chez Pilar. Malgré la barrière de la langue qui nous a posé quelques problèmes au tout début, nous avons reçu un excellent accueil, et elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avant notre arrivée. L'appartement est conforme à la description, il est très fonctionnel et rien n'y manque. La piscine est très grande et géniale pour les enfants, la plage est à 300m et est également très agréable, tous commes les criques au sud de Orpesa la vieille. Les coursives sont un peu bruyantes le soir jusqu'à minuit les enfants y créant leur territoire de jeux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Buenas vacaciones
Estupendo apartamento en bajo ,limpio,nuevo, dos terrazas para disfrutar de comidas al fresco,posibilidad de cargar y descargar las maletas desde coche en puerta de apartamento,garaje,wifi,pues esta tal cual se ve en las fotos y explica las características de la propiedad. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos con nuestros hijos , la estancia y la zona nos ha gustado mucho, por que hemos disfrutado de la piscina estupenda y además hay todo tipo de actividades para todos los gustos. Los propietarios dispusieron absolutamente todo antes de nuestra llegada. No hizo falta que lleváramos nada y nada faltó. Gente muy amable y totalmente pendiente de lo que pudiera hacer falta. Totalmente recomendable. Agradecidos por la atención recibida, aprovechamos para enviarles un cordial saludo desde Zaragoza y les tendremos en cuenta para las siguientes vacaciones. Gracias por todo.
