Our experience at [as undermined by unexpected changes and undisclosed charges. Initially booked unit 2265, we were switched to 2264 without notice, discovering this only when our key didn't fit the original unit. This new unit, adjacent to a noisy AC unit, resulted in sleepless nights. Adding to our frustration, an additional $85 charge appeared on our bill without prior discussion or consent, reflecting a lack of transparency and ethical conduct from the host. This experience felt more like a scam than a service, leaving us feeling exploited and disrespected. Anticipating a relaxing retreat, we were instead met with stress and deception. I would advise potential guests to be wary of hidden charges and unannounced changes that could significantly impact your stay.

Clean and comfy
Location is minutes from horseshoe valley, mount st louis, and barrie. Was very tidy and comfy suite. Just seconds from the amenities building where there is an indoor and outdoor heated pool. Also sauna and hot tub available. Also beautiful to go for walks. Will definitely stay again.

Spa and Stay getaway
We loved the exclusivity of the neighborhood surrounding the resort, very quiet and private and minutes from Vetta spa and the wonderful Ktchn restaurant at Braewood. Clean, quiet and convenient.

Great place to stay near Horseshoe
Overall, great spot to stay. We accidently left our key card in the place and the property manager was quick on her feet to get us back in within an hour. I was impressed! Thanks again. The pool was open, gym and other amenities - however, the hot tub outside seemed permanently closed. The one inside seemed closed for a while too. Overall, great. I will book again this winter.

Oro studio suite
It was nice and clean but we had a few difficulties. The air conditioning did not work well. The temperature did not go below 21 degrees. My friend had some problems because of this. The shower water was lukewarm and the power went out at 5 on Sunday morning. My friends CPap machine shut off and she couldn’t sleep. The pool was also under renovations and we would have had to travel to use this. We were planning to spend time by the pool but did not do this because of the travel. I hope the cleaning fee was waved because of the difficulties we encountered.

At first, Thank you for your stay Regards to the Air Condition, i sent their someone to adjust it for you. It was actually working good. It is pretty simply to operate Air Condition. You need to press the button. The Power went out , it's out of my control, also if water is not that hot, it's not in my hands. I beleive i resolve Air Condition issues & did as much as i could. Therefore, i am not willing to refund anything. Thank you
