"We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, and the spa was amazing, especially since it was -15 degrees outside. Thank you for a truly lovely weekend!"

"Great location, close to the sea front. The room was ok however rsther small with an oversized sofa and rather dark. The windows were facing windiws from other buildings so no privacy. But thats ok i guess. The worst part is te lack of customer service of the front desk staff members. I arrived to find a door opened by code but did not recirve the code. "Room and bathroom very clean, with mini fridge and safe in the room. All staff that I encountered from front desk, housekeepers and dining room were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I did not take advantage of the spa or pool, but hope to when I have an opportunity to return. It is a short walk to the beach, making it convenient to go out and watch the sunrise. A little further is the Sopot pier and the shopping and dining district."
