Orleans stay

We loved our stay and the house. The home was perfect for our family and two dogs. We enjoyed cooking together and eating on the deck. While the wood floors were clean, my only negative feedback would be about the area rugs in the downstairs. They could have used a quick steam clean as they were stained and showed wear.

We had a wonderful time. The home was comfortable and very clean. The location is great - very easy drive to everything we wanted from beaches, to mini-golf, to major golfing, and great restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the electricity when we arrived. I reached out and a service agent was there to reset the breaker within 30 min. Great service. Thank you for a great vacation stay.

Great house for a family in a quiet neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in East Orleans. Most everything we might have needed was provided/ available. Plenty of great restaurants in the area. Nice enclosed outdoor shower. There are games and toys available for those with children, or children at heart! The queen bed in the downstairs bedroom (the one I slept in) was not the most comfortable) but after long days of activity on the Cape, I slept fine. This house really helped make our trip a fantastic one! We would stay here again, no doubt.

Spacious house, centrally located

Wonderful space for extended family to gather for boardgames, meals, and just enjoying each other's company. Plenty of comfortable beds to go around. House is clean and bright and very well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. Love the decor and most especially the private backyard. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood but is centrally located to state and national beaches, parks, quaint towns and all the terrific amenities Cape Cod has to offer. Only (minor) complaint is the early checkout time, hard to get everyone up and moving and out the door by 9am while on vacation. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

Excellent property!

Loved the house! It was roomy, several bathrooms, kitchen well stocked with dishes, cooking pans etc and a lovely back deck with the sounds of birds. We had a fox walk by, heard wild turkeys and even had a rabbit visit us in the evenings just foraging about. The only complaint was my husband said he was suffering for a lack of the football station on the TV!!

Large house in quiet neighborhood.

This four-bedroom house was perfect for the six of us. There was plenty of room for us to not bump into each other all the time. The rooms are nicely laid out, and the bedrooms are very large, and the beds very comfy. The bedroom with the twin beds on the first floor is a suit unto itself. Room to park four cars. We really enjoyed our stay. There are two minor safety issues. First, the first row of bricks in the walkway, next to the driveway, are loose. And second, the large rug in the living room has two curled up corners. Both of these issues can cause someone to trip and cause serious injury. The rest of the house was very clean and safe.

Nice cottage near Nauset

We enjoyed our stay! Very close to Nauset, although would not have walked there with kiddos on aa busy road. The house was within a short drive to town, Skaket Beach and Nauset Beach. And our favorite, Nickerson State Park!

Perfect for our group!

We had a wonderful time staying here! A great location - close to Nauset Beach but also easy to get around the rest of the cape. The neighborhood is lovely and very serene. The house was well taken care of and had ample room for our group of 8 adults. Overall a perfect place to stay!

Great beach getaway

Really enjoyed our few days here in Orleans. It was a great little house with some privacy and only a 15 minute walk from the beach. We loved how quiet the area was as well and town was only a 5 minute drive away!
