Good location mediocre house
The location for this house is great. Close to lots of restaurants and the amusement parks. The neighborhood is good too. Gated community with similar houses and a nice set of resort type amenities. Check in was seamless but the AC didn’t work at all and the house was 89degrees when we checked in. Despite calling, it took until the next day to get in touch with anyone who could help. I realize that we checked in late and on a weekend (Friday night) but it was a sweltering night while we had no feedback on a repair. Finally we got someone out and the problem was fixed before bed on night two (Saturday night). This house could be nice with a little TLC but as is, there are lots of little defects with the house and amenities that make it less than a stellar vacation.

Poorly maintained over priced
The house could be very nice but it is poorly maintained I sent many pictures to the property manager the patio door is ready to fall off the track and is difficult to open and close. There is a built in microwave that trips the breaker when you try to use it. There is one on the counter that works I unplugged it seemed dangerous. The shades and curtains are in terrible shape broken and torn most rooms. The dining room table chairs have some type of plastic covering when you sit on them small pieces of plastic stick to you and then fall on the floor. Furnace vents are dirty. The patio furniture is rusted and broken. The manager has photos of these issues and more.
