Great Unit and Great Location
Unit was very clean and ready upon our arrival. The complex is big but very quiet. The pool is fantastic and was busy, but not crowded and had a full-service bar. 15 minutes to Universal or Disney depending on traffic. Publix super close and Walgreens on site. Chick-fil-A across the street. Very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book this property again!

Great location for Convention Center events
Easy walk to Convention Center -- only about 10 min. Super convenient to Publix. The condo was very spacious (even bigger than it looks online, in my opinion). Worked great for a week stay to attend volleyball nationals.

Absolutely LOVED this property. It was stunning with new updates, exceptionally clean with all hard wood floors. The location was conveniently located near convention center, entertainment, grocery and restaurants. 100% recommend. The owner was great at immediate response to questions and made us feel at home.

Wonderful unit in Vista Cay. We always enjoy this property when we go to Universal. Unit was very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Close to elevator and staircase on second floor. Would stay again

Beautiful getaway
Modern, beautiful condo that served as a great home base. Central to convention centers and Orlando attractions, but also a great spot to take a quiet day to relax by the pool. Condo was very clean and beautifully appointed, Lin was easy to reach and really helpful. Definitely planning to come back!

Wonderful and Convenient - Beautiful Place to Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was spacious, clean and every amenity was thought of. Although we didn't use the pack-n-play or high chair - these are wonderful additions for a family traveling. The "suite" where the two separate bedrooms were was a perfect layout for teenagers. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lin was wonderful and quickly answered any and all questions regarding our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient to EVERYTHING! Thank you for making our "short" weekend vacation truly one of our best!

Great stay in Vista Cay
We were really happy with our rental at this property. The condo space was great and the layout was perfect for a family of two adults and two kids. The location was close to lots of amenities, including a really delicious cupcake and ice cream shop that you can walk to. The owners of the property were on site and very helpful with a few issues we did experience (AC frozen over) and they came and took care of it immediately. Overall great time and would definitely be back

Tastefully updated, clean, spacious condo
My family and I stayed here during a work related conference. The property was tastefully updated, very clean, and the 10 ft ceilings / very spacious master bed/bath made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The owner / property manager, Lin, was very responsive. 5 stars!!!

Perfect location for our stay. Clean and comfortable. Only downfall (at no fault of the owner) is the noise. You could everyone in the hallways. The walls are really thin. The owner has very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay again.

Hi Andi. So glad you enjoyed the condo. I am really surprised that you heard noise from hallway during your stay. We live here ourselves, and love how quiet it is here. The external walls are all solid, thick concrete and many guests comment on how peaceful and quiet it is in the buildings, so there must have been something particularly noisy going on in the hallway during your stay. We will look at the seal around that front door to see if that can be improved. Hope to see you next time. Lin=)

Wonderful condominium in great location!
We had a wonderful time in the condominium & it is very well maintained & has nice accommodations. Very quiet complex during our visit. Clean, convenient and cozy
We enjoyed our short stay at this property. We stayed for a weekend with some relatives while we went to Disney. The location is perfect as it is close to Disney and local conveniences. The condo was clean and well furnished. The only thing is the condo is next to the elevator and my relatives complained about the noise. We were in the master and did not hear it. Other than that everything else was great.

I did notice Otis were here on Friday doing service work to the elevators so it could well have been a fault that was being repaired. Hope to see you again next time you visit! Lin=)

Great place to stay
Spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it did not have sufficient towels. We were 5 persons and there were only 4 bath towels. Also, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

I am so glad you loved our condo! Apologies for the shortage of towels. We needed to replace some stained ones after the last guest, but I had none in stock until a few days ago. We do leave a quite a few things to get you started in the kitchen and bathrooms, including an extra toilet roll in each bathroom but the condos are otherwise self catering. Beautiful condo close to attractions and convention center (Intl Drive)
The rooms were very nice, the kitchen area was high end and the location was great. Lin was so nice to deal with and very helpful. I highly recommend this for business travelers and families. We stayed for 2 nights but would have been happy to stay longer.

The best option in Orlando - we looked A LOT - and Lin's service takes it over the edge.
Lynn (and her husband) and the Vista Kay team were FABULOUS to work with. I cannot say enough about their service, professionalism and room quality. I met Lynn this April, when I rented 11 separate condos with the Vista Kay team for 32 employees we brought to a work conference at the Orlando Convention Center. From beginning to end, we could not have had a better experience. Lynn sent us a series of options of her favorite condos – making better recommendations than we ever would have. Once we made our selections, she sent us updates and excel sheets to track the check-in dates, and bent over backwards to support us, including sending emails to each condo with local information and check-in details, and even letting me pre-ship material to her office. Then, on the day of check in she was there to personally ensure everyone got into their condos. Lynn and the whole Vista Kay experience was truly five-star - organized, professional and responsive. Our team included pretty senior sales people and executives, all of whom are pretty demanding (or needy) – all of whom had terrific things to say about the Vista Kay service. The condos themselves were immaculate. The furniture and appliances were modern, the beds were plush, and entire place was so clean you could eat off the floor. I only saw the pool and the walking paths from a distance, but a few people went in, and found them very relaxing. (And, finally, when some of the team inevitably left their keys or phone chargers in the condo, Lynn mailed them back to the team herself.) If you are heading to an event at the Conference Center – or just visiting Orlando in general, Vista Kay is probably the best option you can come up with. We looked around a lot, and chose Vista Kay for the overall look and feel of the place, all of which made sense. We will return to Vista Kay when the conference does for a different reason – Lynn and her team exceeded our expectations at every turn, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. - Director of Strategic Marketing Technology Consulting Firm.

Nicely decorated, clean and perfect location for Conventions or Families visiting parks
This was an ideal location for the Orlando Convention Center (a 2 minute drive). This 3 Bedroom condo had all the right boxes checked. Attractive furnishings, new appliances and very clean. I would stay here again without question.

Gorgeous Gorgeous Rental
I am a frequent Home Away traveler and this property is one of the nicest I've stayed in. The unit, and everything in it, is new and sparkly clean! The pictures actually do not do it justice. It's spacious, the bedding is WHITE and clean like a hotel but better, everything was there that I needed to be extra comfortable. I rented this unit for a 3 night stay for Super Bowl weekend, as I had friends coming in from the North, we had an excellent time! Uber is the way to go to get around, as we covered some territory, but Pointe Orlando has anything in the world you would want for food and entertainment, movies etc. it's less than 5 minutes from the property. I was out of a couple of personal items, so I walked to Walgreens which was VERY convenient. I asked for an early check in to do some grocery shopping at the amazing Publix, also a stones throw from the property, before my other guest arrived, which Lin IMMEDIATELY accommodated free of charge! The grounds and property are beautiful, completely gated, and quiet! This is a hassle free vacation, and I can't say enough about how immaculate the unit itself is. This will be a GO TO rental for me, as I am in Tampa, but my longer stays in Orlando will be spent here in the future! Thanks for a great stay! DL-Tampa
