Tons of local restaurants, bars, playgrounds, grocery stores, and the artistic scene are within minutes of driving and in many cases, walking distance. Disney is only 35 minutes away, Seaworld 25 minutes, and Universal 20 minutes. We are an hour away from the Atlantic Ocean on the east and two hours from the Gulf of Mexico on the west. Upscale Winter Park is just down the street. The location is perfect for anything you want to do. The space Our home is nestled on a brick paved street. The guest house has a separate entrance, a large backyard, and a covered picnic table. Guest access There is a picnic table just outside the Clementine that you are welcome to use. We have a charcoal grill that you can use as well, just make sure you clean it afterwards. Grill tools are in the main house so let me know if you need them. Our kids also have a trampoline. Feel free to jump to your hearts content, just don’t break any bones…we aren’t liable for injuries. In addition there is a basketball goal. You’re also welcome to shoot some hoops. My only issue were the checkout time the host told me & the time on my itinerary were off but other than that I think this is a good option for a short stay. Oh there was also an uncovered window near the living room where I felt exposed when walking by. We were only in for one night to go to a concert at the Kia Center, but we were so happy we booked the Clementine even if just for one night. It's a beautiful place and we will absolutely stay again if we're going back to the area. Brandi was super easy to reach and communicate with and very friendly :). The drive to the Kia Center was a breeze and made it far less stressful to not have to worry about traffic or anything getting to and from our show. Oh! The bed in the main bedroom was sooo comfy!
