Property as advertised, service not
The house was as advertised, clean. The service experience was terrible. It was very difficult to reach a support person either before or during our stay. There was no attitude of being interested in helping us have a nice stay, more about “our policy says….”. An example is that I noted somewhere that we had to request that you activate the jacuzzi (for and extra fee over and above the price we paid). With some effort, I was able to reach the Vacasa support desk a couple of days before our stay and was told that I’d missed the deadline to request that. A better answer would have been something like, “We ask for 72 hours notice but will do our best as we’d like your stay to be as pleasant as possible.” I simply got “Our policy is 72 hours”. Once we checked in, we found that the internet did not work, neither did any of the TVs or the system in the home theatre. I reached out to rectify that and, after a long wait, spoke with the Vacasa support desk. A restart of the modem didn’t fix the issue with the internet and TVs so I was told they would send someone out. That never happened so we had no internet or entertainment for our stay. So, the net of it is that a home that was marketed as having a home theatre, heated pool and jacuzzi had none of those things for us. Not at all worth what we paid.

They need more pots and pans and the pool wasn't heated as we had requested on booking months ahead and followed up before the 72hr prior. Otherise it was a lovely property with plenty of space.

Family Reunion Shenanigans
Great place to host a family reunion. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Lots of room to socialize and play. A nice relaxing private pool. The kitchen can accommodate cooking for a large good, it has 2 of all major appliances. Would definitely rebook this location.

Great Place for a Group of 16 Golfers
We had 16 guys on our annual golf trip. The house was perfect. Great big dinning table that fit us all, clean, plenty of rooms beds and a wonderful heated pool and hot-tub. Would stay here again.

The house was very spacious and fit my large family well. The outdoor space was really nice for the size group that we had as well. However we had A LOT of issues with this house. We paid for the pool and spa to be heated. They were both freezing the day we arrived. I contacted the management company who assured me they were reaching out to the local management to deal with the issue. The house was pretty dirty and lots of things were broken. The refrigerator door had chocolate on it. There were red spots that looked like blood on the floor upstairs. After being at the house an hour, the bottoms of our feet were black. The ice maker door was broken. There was no knob inside one of the bathrooms so you couldn’t get out of the bathroom. Multiple beds only had a fitted sheet and top sheet (no comforter or blanket). There were not enough towels for the amount of people we had staying. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were tons of margarita glasses but no normal drinking glasses. There were 2 dishwashers in the house. One never drained so it was unusable. The other was hit or miss on whether it got the dishes cleaned or not. I contacted the management company multiple times and was told the local management company had been contacted and would call me soon. No one ever called. We stayed for a week. The least that should have been done was a phone call. I will never rent again through Vacasa management company.

Reunion Florida Family Vacation
My overall experience with renting this property was positive. The property is beautiful and is in a fantastic community that has everything you need within a small radius. Prior to renting I read the good and bad reviews and made a list of my concerns prior to my arrival. Some of the concerns were addressed and others ignored. Here are the Pros: When I left messages on the VRBO app, no one responded to the messages at all. I called the VACSA customer service line and spoke with someone who was able to immediately answer my questions. There is room for improvement with the communication link between VRBO and the Host regarding guest questions. Now the Cons: I had specific concerns about the pool and outdoor grill prior to arrival. I asked that the grill be cleaned and it wasn’t at all. In fact it was absolutely disgusting with food particles and insects that had been left on it before we arrived. The pool was somewhat dirty but someone came to clean it the next day and did a really good job. On the side of the house were two trash receptacles and a recycle can that were all overflowing with garbage, flies, and maggots. Apparently the prior renters did not take out the trash nor did the cleaning crew. I had to leave the trash in the garage until the next trash collection, the day that I left. There were remote controls missing or not working for three tvs in three rooms. The sound bar and general sound does not work in the theater room. The bathroom downstairs outside of the kitchen is missing a handle on the toilet. The blinds on the door to the pool were broken and the pulley system for the vertical blinds on the sliding doors to the backyard is also broken. The bed linens were stained and soiled in many of the rooms. There were no extra garbage bags nor dish soap left at the property. There was no tag to open the garage doors from the outside. The towel holders in two rooms were broken. The tissue holder in one room was broken. One of my main issues was that on the day of checkout, we were given a “hard” 10:00am checkout which is an hour or two less than what is generally given. The cleaning crew arrived at 10:00am and would not begin until ALL guests LEFT the property completely. My family was outside of the house waiting for car service and the crew would not begin their work until they left. All in all it may not seem like it, but the positives outweigh the negatives. The cleanliness and overall appearance are major disappointments.

Nice house that needs a little attention to maintenance, parking and kitchen items issues.
This is a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Someone in our group checked the house value on Zillow and it said is was a $1.9 million home. However, it had a washer dryer upstairs and down, but upstairs did not work. The back door entry doorknob came off the first time we opened it. It has been wrapped inside with painter's tape from a sub par attempt to fix it. The giant kitchen (2 stoves, 2 fridges, a microwave and convection oven) had no working can opener, very few and cheap cooking utensils, and only 2 pots/pans. We had to trek to store to buy items just to prepare food we brought with us. There were about 6 total clothes hangers in the 14 tiny closets in all 14 bedrooms....combined. No dressers in bedrooms seemed odd, but there were storage drawers in the tiny closets. The hanging blinds were missing multiple slats and did not function to block the setting sun from heating up the house in the afternoons. Zero lot lines make parking almost impossible for a big family. 14 bedrooms but once the 6 spots in the garage/driveway were filled, street parking was sparse, and will get lots worse after the 4 or 5 lots close to the property have finished houses on them. For the price, it needs some TLC and attention to detail to go from good to great!

Home Away From Hime Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had a large group of about 30 people including adults and children. Very spacious house that was able to accommodate our entire group. Everyone was comfortable with their own private bathroom, which was very important to us. Kitchen was large and we were able to prepare our meals with ease for the entire group. Check-in was very easy and seamless. There were a few small issues with appliances not functioning but we did not let this ruin our stay. The pool was not heating up for the first two days, after calling the customer service line we received a prompt response from the home owner who had someone out the next morning, and this was resolved. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this home.

Renter’s beware!
I stayed at this property with 10 other friends for a work conference. We arrived and the house was clean, but one of the microwaves never stopped running, even with the door shut. I called and they responded rather quickly, but said it was fine & would turn off on its own… it never did. None of the TVs worked… there was cable boxes for each, but nothing worked. I also called and asked if there was cable and was told they didn’t know….. they weren’t able to fix it either. There were no dish towels or anything in the kitchen for clean up. There were also no kitchen utensils for cooking. Plenty of forks, knives, spoons, and dishes though. The grill hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. There were maggots on the trash can next to it… gross. The area of the ceilings where the AC vents were was growing black mold. It also dripped on the floor often. The upstairs area was bare and the poker table only had 1 chair. The trash cans were disgusting. They were filthy and the area where they were placed into he side of the house was disgusting & not maintained. Very disappointed in our stay. The pictures make it look so nice. Renter’s beware!!

The house was great except for the pool, the projector in theater, and linen.
The house was great except for the pool, the projector in theater, and linen. I love the fact that the parking space wise enough for up to 3 to 5 vehicles. The pool needed cleaning, and they had someone to come out the next day which was great. The linen needed to be replaced, and the projector and the movie theater needed to be adjusted, and the knob on the stove was detached. I gave the rating a four because they were great communicators. I would have hated to have paid as much as I paid and they did not communicate. When we got to the property we immediately recorded and took photos of all of the damages and things that needed to be taken care of and I forward it to them, and they sent someone out the next day. I was upset but I was also excited and happy that they communicate and sent someone out the next morning. We should not have had to do all of that because it should’ve already been taken care of but I was not too upset when they took the time to accommodated me for all of the frustration that my guests and I had. Plan ahead and ask them if these things are taken care of so your first day will not be a bust. They are great communicating and I will do business with them again. ALSO, the house is REALLY NICE!

House was ok but generally dirty floors and pool was worse than a farm pond. We requested service but no response. Very disappointing. Will not rent this home again and suggest no one else does either.

Clean house, very spacious to accommodate large groups. Family loved it. We had minor issues with wifi that was fixed. We also had an issue with the projector in the movie room, which someone was sent out for that couldn’t fix it, so someone else was supposed to come out the following day and communication stopped. However overall it was great, our family/friends loved it. We would definitely come back.

Nice House but Felt Harassed
The house was great and as pictured in the photos. However, we did not have a trash can the entire stay, so I was unable to take the trash out. I worked with the property management company to get a trash can, and it was not delivered until the last day. Additionally, we got 3 noise complaints. Security was even sent out. However, the time security was sent out. They thought we were sleep because we were not loud. I was very upset that we even got a noise complaint during the day while sitting by the pool. I even called the management company, so they could hear us. She agreed that it was not loud. I hate making things about race, but it felt very suspicious that a house of black adult professional men kept getting noise complaints when there was no noise. It almost felt like harassments. I asked the management company to send our security if there was another noise compliant as well ask for proof. I felt like the neighbors just kept calling for no reason.

The property was beautiful and lots of room. We loved the pool. The managers responded to our calls promptly. It met our expectations and we gave back by cleaning up after ourselves, taking all trash out, putting things back the way we found them. However they charged me $113.50 for (I called and they said we took some kind of cable for a remote). We didn’t do this and they said we did. I think the inspector missed or didn’t throughly look for it. We already left so we had no ideal it was missing. They should inspect before a renter leaves. We did not take this. It has to still be there. This isn’t fair that we were accused of stealing. Please look into this. Other than that I would come back or highly recommend this house rental. This rental has plenty of space for a large family get together. The kitchen was well equipped with two of each appliance, I would recommend bringing some cooking utensils (spatulas, serving spoons), extra dish soap/dishwasher pods (only a few were provided), potholders(there was only one which I burnt myself on because of a hole in it), dish towels (there were none!), hand soaps (there are tiny little round bars of soap ewww) Was pretty surprised none of these things were supplied. There was however plenty of drink ware, silverware, pots and pans. While the theater room sounded pretty exciting we were quickly disappointed to find out its only attached to cable, so basically it's whatever on tv... it does have dvr so you can record a movie and watch it later, and other guests have recorded movies on it, but the selection is quite small... I would for sure say time for an upgrade! Ps4 only had one broken controller available (it did work, just looked pretty roughed up). The kids loved the fooseball table and arcade game. PLEASE BE AWARE of the balcony! Should have some sort of a child safety lock on it! Plenty of bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. All tvs in bedrooms worked, they have netflix etc. Beds are comfy, could use some extra linens as there are NO extras! Just what is on the beds. No ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Bathrooms were very clean, showers work great! Only 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom, the cheaper kind so it goes fast, recommend bringing a roll or two. Only 1 bath towel per person for the length of your stay, maybe bring an extra (there is a washer and dryer). Pool was well taken care of, LOTS of pool towels available! The grill needed a really good cleaning, it kept catching fire just worth burgers on there, I did that myself ( with my make shift grill brush, there are no grilling tools) but I'm sure they would have no problem sending someone out to do this if you are un-able. We had a couple of very minor issues when we first arrived (just a couple of broken things I didn't want to get blamed/charged for) they were very quick to respond and fix what they could. Overall it was a pleasant stay! I would recommend this house.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious to fit our group. There were a few kinks with the air conditioning and a leak in the bathroom on the lower level, but management took care of if within an hour of calling. The best part was enjoying to pool and jacuzzi area with family. I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall this property was amazing. The check-in process had me going a little crazy. At 1600 I was waiting for my check in information but no one called me. Around 1630 I emailed the person that I was in contact with for over a month, but no response. At this point I started to freak out. I was traveling from out of town, and I became so nervous that we had to pull over. The first time I called the young lady told me at she did not see a reservation for me, and this property was not one of their listings. I tried to explain that I had booked in June and I had spoken to someone previously from this company, but she continued to say she could not locate my information. At this point I’m in tears. My husband convinced me to call back so I did. I spoke with someone else(I wish I remembered her name) but she was very patient, and she found the reservation. She said their system had changed and it was under the old system. She gave me the check in code and everything else was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had a few minor repair issues come up but someone came out right away to address it. We will definitely stay here again.

4th of July weekend

Dad’s 80th Birthday Surprise
We had a blast and everyone who came wanted to know how I found this property! This property had an elevator which made it where my mom and dad could see the entire house. Awesome experience 😎

excellent house for big family
Thee house was beautiful. my family fit right in. The customer service was awesome. i loved how they responds so fast to any questions or concerns we had. The only thing that i really didnt like was the bottom of the grill, it need some cleaning where the propane gas goes and the basic instructions like what to before we check out ( put all garbage in one area, dishes in dishwasher or put back in cabinets) other then those. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Excellent House for a group of golfers
This house was set up perfectly for a group of golfers. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom along with ample space to relax when needed. The pool and the hot tub were great as well after a day on the links. Property management handled the reservation well. The house had a few minor kitchen items that needed an upgrade, so we took the liberty of buying (and leaving) a new can opener, a new large pot and a grill scraper. Hopefully this helps future guests. Definitely would recommend this property to any large group.

Perfect stay at a place for big groups
The house was exactly as the pictures shows: big, clean, great pool. The beds and showers/bath were comfortable. The check in/out was very easy and agent was easy to contact when we had a question. One minus point was the back door alarm, which was partly broken and not fixed before we left. I'm sure they are going to fix this soon. I would definitely recommend this place and without hesitation I could stay here again to have a good time

1128 Castle Pines Ct
The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved the property. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed by maintenance however. One of the downstairs bathrooms was locked from the inside when we checked in, and maintenance came in to unlock it the next morning. The tow outside garage cans were also still filled with garbage, but they were picked up the next morning also. I also reported lights blown out on the pool dock, and upstairs balconies, but no one ever came to change the bulbs, and the pool deck seemed to have been infested with fire ants 🐜, which I called to report also, and no one ever came. We were sad that because we booked with HomeAway, we did not have access to the onsite water park. We have been staying at Reunion Resort the same time of year, for the past 12 years, and this is the first time that we haven’t been able to enjoy the water park, needless to say, this out a dent in our vacation. This may hinder my booking with HomeAway next year. Otherwise, it was a wonderful vacation. Did I mention that the house was beautiful? ❤️❤️❤️

Oakley family vacation
The process concerning rental of this property was easy and efficient. This property is spacious, but we had issues with the AC units and the cable. Which provided two hot days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Great for large families and or groups.

Great Meeting Space
This house is excellent for a large group gathering for business. There was plenty of space to spread out, and the pool is a real bonus. The house sits on a lovely manicured golf course. The location is far enough outside of Orlando that we didn't have to deal with the traffic of Orlando. Overall it is a nice property, the only drawbacks are the garages are narrow and the kitchen could use better cookware (skillets, pots, pans, etc.). We will be returning.

PERFECT
The house was perfect for us , very clean and more than enough room for 20 plus people, everyone was impressed at the look and layout of the home, had 1 small issue , but was dealt with quickly. Very happy with the whole experience ,definitely will book again

Not a vacation - used for a team meeting
The property is beautiful and well kept. The only issue was that one of the bathrooms was a Jack/Jill rather than private. I did not look at every picture but the description said 13 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms so I thought they would all be private but one is a powder room. All in all, we were able to work all day as a team and get to know each other in a very relaxed setting.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND COMMUNITY
We had a special training event and stayed in this house. It is absolutely as described. 13 bedrooms, 18 beds I think total plus a movie room and bonus room with arcade game and foosball. Slept like a baby, we cooked every meal and the kitchen is huge but the best part was seating for everyone at the dinner table. And the pool was heated and absolutely a pleasure to take a break in. Every morning we got up and walked the neighborhood and it was quiet, safe and nice community. We will definitely do this again and re-rent this house for the weekend. There were a couple of issues that arose but maintenance was there within minutes which was unbeleivable and fixed it immediately. A wonderful stay!!

Fabulous house. The house was perfect for our family reunion.
1128 Castle Pines Court is a perfect house for a large group. We had a family get together of 32 people. Every family had rooms and every family had privacy. The game room was perfect for the kids. The kitchen is very inviting to cook, eat and socialize. The pool was heated and we were able to go in the same afternoon we arrived. The manager and super were very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely want to go back.
