    Our beautiful home has just been newly decorated and fully re-furnished to a very high standard, throughout. New carpets and luxury vinyl and tile.

    This home offers over 1800 square feet of living space with an attractive enviable SOUTH facing, lakeside position. No neighbours to the rear except nature.

    Luxury toiletries provided in washrooms . You will be started with 2 large white kitchen garbage bags and a large black garbage bag. 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen. 2 toilet rolls for each washroom. Starter pack of dishwasher tabs and a bottle of dish detergent.

    The beautiful pool and deck area features a covered lanai, ceiling fan, 6 pool loungers, table & chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable seating to relax in and enjoy the beautiful lake view.

    The fantastic lounge overlooking the pool area features brand new leather sectional chaise lounger and recliner,with 55" 4K Smart Roku TV with Spectrum TV and stereo with iPod connection, , unlimited WI FI fast speed100 MB/sec , with an adjacent dining room tastefully decorated with table and chairs for formal dining. Breakfast bar has 2 stools for a casual snack.

    The spacious central kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences pots, pans, silverware and dinnerware as well as a pub style table/ chairs for informal dining. Keuring coffee make for those who enjoy this!

    The king master suite, with new King mattress and box spring and with LCD flat screen 32' TV has a fantastic view to the pool and lake, the large master bathroom has granite counters, twin vanities, shower stall, corner soaker tub and separate toilet, large walk in closet with safe for your use.

    The second bedroom is a newly decorated queen size room, new mattresses and with a 32' LCD TV.

    The third and fourth bedrooms are both colourfully decorated, twin rooms with the second bathroom shared.

    Main washroom recently remodelled has granite counters, tub shower combo and toilet.

    Laundry room adjacent to Kitchen has a full size washer and dryer. Pool towels there.

    All linens, Egyptian cotton towels, pool towels and beach towels in garage are provided for your use.

This property offered a lot of space and a well-equipped kitchen, and we felt it was reasonably priced. (We had 4 adults and 2 teens. The master bed was fine. The second room has a full bed, then two additional rooms with twin beds. The pool area was nice, though a few maintenance items such as the porch lighting could use attention. The home itself was comfortable, but the neighborhood wasn’t quite the atmosphere we had anticipated. Our stay was fine overall, Bring extra trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry pods if you plan on staying. The house was clean but the cleaner likes Fabuloso and that was a little too strong smelling for me. It dissipated over time.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! We really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen lacks for nothing! Loved being able to sit outside in the evenings with no pesky insects. We will definitely consider this property in the future for a stay in the Orlando area.

The owners shower has mold. The owners toilet area had a dried booger on the wall. The pillows are so thick that your neck starts to hurt in 10 minutes. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes. The beds are very hard and have massive decorative pillows on them that are constantly in the way even when put on the floor. Make sure to bring toilet paper because you only get one roll per bathroom. Also bring toiletries because you only get one small round piece of soap to wash your hands with in the bathroom. Also bring dishwasher detergent because you only get one tab to wash your dishes. You only get one roll of cheap paper towel towels. Otherwise the house was clean. The welcome book needs to be updated with the current WiFi.

The house is perfect. It is very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with quality items. Layout worked well for our family . Pool is awesome. A special "thank you" to Jamie our maintenance man who went above and beyond to solve a minor problem with the pool. The management company was awesome to work with too. I can't say enough good things about this property

We had a great 2 week stay at this villa. It was well equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. The pool area was fantastic and could be used at any time. Beautiful setting and a short drive to Disney and Universal parks. Definitely recommend.

Great stay

The property was great. Everything in the home was as described. The 4 star for the property mgr was because I emailed the mgr upon check out advising of what I did and a concern and I have not heard back from them yet and it’s been almost 48 hours. I’m used of prompt responses. The 4 star for the neighborhood is because it’s very busy. Even though there’s driveways, everyone park on the road and they speed up and down the street and l playing load music. I know that’s not the owners fault but… Overall, the property was great. We enjoyed and loved our stay.

Orlando Stay

We visited in May staying for a total of 8 nights. We originally booked 6, contacted the hosts Madonna and Michael who were able to extend our stay. It was a quick easy process. Good communication from the hosts and clear easy instructions for check in and out. The villa is great, has everything you need and is very clean. Great location for the parks and the strip where old town is. Stones throw away from Walmart. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of pool towels and even pool floats! Great stay, great hosts, would definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

Great Property, Excellent Place To Stay!

The property is exactly as advertised. Our trip focus was going to the Disney and Universal parks, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the home - but the time we spent there was great! Clean, spacious and adequately appointed. We had the pool heated, which the kids enjoyed in the evenings. Considering morning traffic, /-20 mins from Disney parks, and /-35 mins from Universal parks. Check in /check out procedure was simple and efficient. Neighborhood was quiet as indicated, which is nice for a family. We would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

Amazing hosts and Beautiful Villa

Donna and Micheal what can I say just amazing hosts from start to finish. Their home is beautiful soon as we arrived we just felt at home the place was super clean tidy everything we needed they had. The location is amazing and we were close to everything, I felt safe in the area and we met the locals on new year eve they were all so lovely and we as a family enjoyed watching their dancing and fireworks celebrating nye.The pool area was heated and was lovely to sit watch all the birds and even a deer next to the pond . It’s just beautiful your home is now our happy place and I feel I will always have a piece of your home within my heart we will back I promise and can’t wait toBook again with you both.

This villa is very beautiful, communication with the owners was excellent and very quick with replies, we had to contact management company who also are very friendly helpful and very professional, a problem we had was sorted within half an hour. The experience from finding a property was 5* plus, the contact with the hosts Michael & Donna was the best we have had in the 20+ times coming to Florida. We had an amazing time at this villa, it was like a home from home, everything had been thought of, the villa is central For all the theme parks and shopping. We would definitely book this villa again, hopefully more family members next time .

Fantastic stay

Wonderful villa, lovely quiet area close to all amenities. Had a great time relaxing in the pool after days at the parks, shopping and fishing in the lake outside. Property owners very friendly and great communication. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very pleased! House was exactly as pictured. Very clean, close by to attractions & stores. Would definitely recommend others to book this property!

Great Stay

House was so clean and close to Disney. Beds were super comfortable. Loved having the pool to cool off after a long day. Owner was very responsive, had trouble receiving some emails and they always responded promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean, beautiful home

We had a wonderful time here! The home had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating and beds. We loved spending time outside in the pool. You can tell the home is very well cared for. We were about 20 min from all the Disney parks and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
