The hotel was pretty good. Clean, comfortable bed. The only thing is that if you want your room to be clean and tidy, you would have to request and pay extra for the service.

There were ants in the bedroom and bathroom, you could not leave a drink or food out because the ants would get in it. The bathtub the water would take a long time to go down the drain. The bedspread was full of lumps and the bed would dip in the middle.

2nd time staying & I would stay again! Hopefully next time in one of their many other locations ! The staff is always helpful. Everything you need is very accesible by simplify asking the staff or using their app. Would definitely recommend Sonder to others !

The Hotel is very central and close to a lot of restaurants and retail stores. The drive to Disney was quick as well great for travelling with kids. The only thing that needs improvement is the hotel lighting and they don’t clean rooms every day other than that I would recommend stay

Hotel is in a great location, other than that our bathroom floor was FILTHY after one shower and stepping out onto it, it was completely black, I asked house keeping for another one and they told me they couldn’t give us one, the bathtub also wouldn’t drain from day 1. The rooms are also VERY dark; 2 stand lamps and one table lamp (that had a burnt out bulb) I asked house keeping for a bulb and they told me I had to go to the front lobby. Everything is an extra charge, check in early, checkout late, even basic like having your room cleaned is an extra charge. I’d stay again just because of the proximity of the park but would be more prepared next time.

I was told that there would be a shuttle service to Disney world that ran every 15 min(they do not) the reason I booked the hotel in the 1st place. The hotel rooms are very damp and musty.

It was convenient close to west my friend was staying at the animal kingdom lodge. Price was fair and it was a comfortable. Since rooms are not an enclosed corridor, then it's slightly humid instead , but other than that it was good

Checkin was easy but the rooms are deceiving. There was only one lamp in our room so limited lighting. We checked in and headed to the parks the next day we found bugs in our bed and a few on the desk, we thought nothing of it and proceeded about our stay. That night when we returned there were more bugs, my daughter’s makeup brushes were covered in them. We decided to call the front desk but there was no phone in our room. We packed up drove to the front desk to check out and the person working asked as if it was no big deal. Two days later we got a message asking us to let them know what time we were checking out… the worked never checked us out and we got charged for a full three night stay when we weren’t event there 24hrs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I like the stay and I had got this hotel because they offer transportations to the Disney park but i had to take Uber since the transportation were almost an hours or even almost 2 hours and something after the parks open and I wanted to be there at the time they open but it was great

Room is very dark and I couldn’t leave the curtains open because anyone would see inside the room. The property is not a “closed” building, so it doesn’t feel very safe (luckily I didn’t have any issues.) It is not as modern as it looks in the pictures, and I think it is a little overpriced for what you get. The room was clean and the app worked well for my checkin and checkout process.

Loved this place. Only downside is the pool closes at 630 pm. Would have loved to used the hot tub after a long day out walking. But either way I would stay again.

Cons - The bathtub walls were dirty. They keep a toilet bowl brush by the toilet and there was a stink I kept smelling from the brush. Oh & if u want to stay here they don't clean each day. If you want a clean they said it was 20 bucks to come clean the room. Loud area but they provide ear plugs. Pros - Bed was comfy. Close to lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I loved that there isn’t any housekeeping unless you ask. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to leave my room just so housekeeping could do their thing. Pool was pleasant. Good restaurants nearby. Very quiet property. Will stay there again.

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Pool was fantastic. The drive to and from Disney was not bad at all. We did not stay in our room much as r we were always on the go but the time we did spend was pleasant. Only complaint if you can even call it that, was not much lighting in the rooms ( my family hated that) however I loved it. Also, whatever they use to clean the floors made the floors feel like they were in a constant state of sticky but not candy sticky more like condensation sticky. But again neither of those were deal breakers. Overall, great stay, great price and great friendly staff. Would stay again.

Our floors were so dirty. We had to wear our socks the whole stay and bought cheap flip flops. Had a year year old son who couldn’t even play down on the floor with. Cause cause his hands would get so dirty. Staff was friendly.

Love that I had not to stop at the front desk at the time of checking in, it was very convenient since I arrived around 2:30am and I just wanted to go straight to my room. The room was very nice, my only complaint was two little things, the lamps were not bright enough in the living area, the bathroom lights were perfect. The second complaint was that there were tiny ants everywhere, nothing crazy but not normal either. Other than that loved the pool and common areas.

Property was nice and quiet. I like that they have tile flooring no carpets. Lots of parking. Room needs better lighting. My keypad battery was low so they gave me a key and never gotten to replace the battery in 4 days.

I loved the cleanliness of my room, and the amenities that was available, microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, pullout sofa bed, blow dryer, plenty of shampoo/conditioner, shower gel if it was needed fully loaded. I also loved the pre-check in over the phone that once I arrived I had full access with both codes to the gate/room without ever having to go to the front desk. I also loved the location that was near so many restaurants, stores (gift shops) gas stations, my overall stay was great and I would definitely return again as well as refer others as well, Thank you Sonder.

Very easy check in/out process. I had questions while I was at the airport prior to check in, hotel staff was easily and conveniently accessible through the app and answered my questions right away. Pool/hot tub were really nice but closed too early for us to use daily. Room had several outlets not working so we had to unplug some lamps, etc. to plug in all our chargers. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall excellent hotel for our Disney trip.
