    Located in The Four Corners area of Polk County just 7 miles/15 minutes drive from the Walt Disney World Resort, Regal Palms overall design incorporates a 2 acre tropical swimming pool complex with 2 large heated pools, (yes, heated pools!), heated water slide, heated Lazy River, heated Jacuzzi/spa (as hot as a bath!) & waterfalls. Warm enough to swim in all year round! There are also extensive sun bathing terraces to relax on under the Florida Sunshine and an outdoor children's play area along with the recently constructed Banana Jacks children's games room and fun house.

    The Clubhouse features a convenient on-site 24 hour/7 day per week Reception & check-in desk, and includes a large restaurant, with terrace service onto the poolside patio,sports bar with cable TV . There is live music most Friday & Saturday nights, Karaoke on Thursday nights & entertainment most days (in the season). In addition there is a games room with pool table, air hockey table, and a dozen other video games, & high speed internet cafe with 4 workstations and broadband wireless internet connection for laptop computers.

    We do also have high speed wi-fi in the unit!

    Our property is one of the largest unis on the complex..1856sq feet.. and is located within minutes of the facilities and main reception, and has panoramic views of the Florida country side at the rear. We are an END UNIT and have Free-Wifi INTERNET ACCESS IN THE HOUSE. There are two masters, both with king beds, both with en-suite...one has a furnished balcony overlooking the open aspect and an extra large bathtub.( and a safe...available on request).There are two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom . We have cable, SMART HDTVs and DVD. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer...ice maker , microwave and enough crocs for 8 persons. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen and a more formal dining area with large table. There are laundry facilities...washer/dryer/iron/ironing board. All bed-linen and towels are provided for use in the house. There is a patio with furniture, again overlooking the open views.The facilities on Regal Palms are excellent and the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club is across the road. The complex is within walking distance of a supermarket and shops and a selection of eateries.The furnishings are lovely and the house is truly a home away from home.We are confident that you will be pleased with the accommodation...(.and just to let you know the whole house is sprayed regularly to prevent bugs !!!) A SUPERB PLACE TO STAY TO COMPLETE THE MAGIC OF YOUR ORLANDO EXPERIENCE.

Love staying here.

This is our 2nd time coming here and we will be back for sure. My 2 boys (ages 9 and 7) love the pools and the lazy river. It feels like home when you stay here, you feel safe and it is quiet.

Enjoyed our stay

We went here on a family vacation. There were five adults and two young children. There’s lots of room in the townhouse for everyone to have their own bed/room. There is lots of room for people to sit. It was nice being able to walk outside. The townhouse is about a 12 minute walk to the pool area. We enjoyed the pool area. It was not too crowded when we were there. Temperature of water was good and the people were very friendly.The townhouse could use an update. The rugs are getting worn and furniture was not the cleanest and some chairs needed repaired.The kitchen had lots of plates, cups, pots, utensils.Overall, I would recommend staying here. We always felt very safe and it was a very quiet area.

Great neighborhood.

Overall nice stay in a great neighborhood. The beds were very uncomfortable but that happens when it’s a rental sometimes. The shower curtain needs to be replaced since it was covered in mildew. The rest of the home was clean. The TV remote was missing buttons so we had no TV for the trip. We were gone most of the day exploring theme parks so we just used our tablets. WiFi worked very well!

Ok but not the best.

It did the job but the beds aren’t very comfortable. They also don’t have a well stocked kitchen and the pots and pans were dirty and black. They also don’t give any extra supplies so you have to bring everything including trash bags which is inconvenient.

Very Nice Place

Stayed here for a combo family trip to the them parks for the New Year's Holiday. Nice place, first day discovered a broken coffee maker, but management brought a new one within a couple of hours. I was very please with communication. We also discovered on the last day that the washer was broken, which was a bit inconvenient for packing up. I did notify management again, but obviously did not expect that there was enough time for that to be resolved. The resort was nice and had lots to offer-we did get to swim 2 of the evenings and the kids enjoyed it very much.Overall, I will definitely keep this location saved for any future trips to the area.

Very Spacious, fun amenities

Our family had a great time in this condo. The owner was super accomodating to our needs. I appreciated him helping us out. There was so much room for our big family. The pool area was fantastic. We spent a ton of time there. Some of the kitchen appliances are a little outdated. A couple of the burners on the stove took a long time to heat up so keep that in mind if planning on cooking large meals. Also the crockpot was missing a lid. But we made do. That was a small inconvenience for how much fun we had being there. Would definitely stay again.

Not quite as described

Looks nice from description and pictures, but not getting what you pay for. Problems with smoke alarms, uncleanliness, washer and dryer not properly working, what seemed to be some kind of moisture or possibly mold situation on ceiling below laundry room, and a actually quite lengthy distance from main building offering food, swimming, and other activities. Not to mention patio view is of a wooden privacy fence, and beyond that major construction. Overall, nice to visit Florida but this place is not worth the money, inconvenience or hassle.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at the condo; the space met our needs. The kitchen space was small and could have had a little more counter space. Since we are all in our 70’s the stairs were a problem for some us. The one issue we had on our arrival was not being able to access the key code on my email. I contacted the property manager but did not get a response. When I emailed the owner, he responded very quickly. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Regal Palms - not so regal

We were SO disappointed with our place. The carpet was filthy and that set the tone for the entire week. The one shower was clogged and we stood in 1" of mucky water while trying to get clean. The dishes had a film on them. WIFI didn't work. The towels were old and ratty and the place needs some material upgrading. The property manager was great - but could only help so much.

Loved loved loved the resort and the property. The rooms were big and clean. One of the TVs required a pin and we weren't able to get the pin but overall we would stay there again.

Good for the price

This property is great if do not plan on spending a lot of time there. It has plenty of beds for a family. However, no place for more than 4 people to have dinner together. Had everything you need for a stay, but outdated appliances. You have to drive to the pool unless you want to walk 10 minutes each way. The pool was very nice, but bring your own floatation device for the lazy river.

The townhouse was not clean.

The upstairs master bathroom had a few black hairs in the shower. The towels were old and crusty. There was only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen was very dirty and we had to clean it. We also had to clean all the dishes. I was not pleased with this rental property.

Perfect for a family!

Cleanest home we have stayed at. They have everything you need and more at the rental. The pool is amazing and the children loved it. We will rent from them next time we go to Disney!

Great Stay, Lots of Add On Fees

Loved the place. Nice, clean, had everything we needed plus some. My only issue was the extra fees, insurance, and resort fees. We ended up spending double the price shown. Seems like a little bit of a bait and switch.

A great house

The house was clean and neat, big enough for our big family, kitchen had everything we need, we didn't have a chance to get to the pool but we enjoyed our time in the house. Universal studios is just a short drive. Overall our Christmas was the best one! We are planning to go back in summer time. Thanks!
