We are looking into these matters you've raised. We have informed the management company to give an update on the state in which the house was left after you vacated the property. This is a regular check we do with all tenants. We are waiting for feedback. We did get a positive result; you will get 25% of your booking back. We are also looking into the other issues raised. As you are aware all this is being handled by the management company and we depend on them for feedback. We have been informed that all the issues raised by you have been looked into and resolved. Thank you for contacting us about those issues you raised, we visit the property every 6 months but the covid pandemic means we have not visited for a while, we are in constant communication with the management company. though almost on a weekly basis, to ensure the property is in a good condition. We are priced appropriately as you mentioned you could not find another home in the area in the same price range with sizes as big as our home. It is sad that you mentioned you want 50% of your money back before you can remove your review, this doesn’t sit well with us. No one really goes on holiday with the intention of getting 50% of their money back, and then threaten the homeowner to leave a bad review if you do not get 50% refund back just left a bad taste in our mouth. Even VRBO frowns against this sort of behaviour. You requested a late checkout and because of the inconvenience, we waived the $75.00 charge. We are just bothered that if the home was so bad as you have stated, why the request for late check out...Here is your requesting post [ .. i requested they at least waive the late check out fee they said they can but need your permission can you please waive the 75 fee for the late check out Thank you ... ] and complain about the fee our management company told you to pay.
