The location was very close to all the parks and very convenient. I was extremely disappointed with how our initial encounter was with Ramon and Dave when we first arrived. Expedia customer service representative was beyond excellent. Maria from Delta, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The main lobby and pool area were great. Spacious, clean, lots to do. However, the rooms were not great. Bathroom was very small. Definitely not the cleanest room. And housekeeping was odd. They did clean our room each day. However, one day they did not leave any towels. The front desk was great and sent them up immediately. Another day they didn’t take dirty towels.

The property was located off the main roads, restaurants in walking distance and Disney a 5 minute car ride away. The rooms were clean, nice pool, great drinks. I was not crazy about the grilled chicken, it was prepared well, yet bland and the grain bowl was over dressed. The staff was great! My room was not ready, not even after the 4pm check-in. It worked out

The property was safe kind of upset that i had to pay for parking considering that the hotel is located in a main family area so most of the clients will travel from out of town

I loved the pool areas the entertaining areas and the eating areas. All were very clean with friendly staff. The rooms need updating. The carpets had stains all over them which made me feel like I always had to keep my shoes on because they were dirty.

Our toilet leaked in our bathroom & into our sleeping room. We finally got a new room after we were there for 3 days. Hot tub was broken. Was hot but no bubbles. We had a lizard in our room. A lot of extra fees added to bill. Probably will not stay there again.

Checked into hotel after a long travel day to be told the hotel over booked and no room was available. Were moved to another property with a full size bed and sofa bed for 4 adults when the original booking was for 2 queen beds.

The rooms are outdated. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. They don’t provide you with actual body rag, you either get a face towel or a body towel. The room smelled like cigarettes and mildew. It didn’t feel comfy. The vouchers are cool, but don’t expect to be able to get a lot with them. Other than that the only good thing was the pool.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The staff service was polite and it had beautiful pool area as everything looked like you’re on a tropical vacation! The beds were so comfortable! The point restaurant had amazing breakfast buffets and the bar inside has can’t miss wings. It’s very close to Disneyworld. The only things I did not like, the bus driver brought us to Disneyworld but one night was 45 mins late picking up and the other he didn’t even show up! The hotel did credit me $25 for this though. The only complaint I had about the room would be the bathrooms are dated. Covered plates mismatched colours (one white and one beige) Was not the biggest fan of the shower ans I felt it was kinda low and the toilet seat was on very loose. Also there was a 3 day period where house keeping did not bring any face cloths or refill the coffee sugar and cream. Once I asked downstairs though, they had given us refills and everything was stocked. I was surprised to see next door there is a hotel area that is no longer in service and people have completely broke into it and spray painted on the building and gutted through it as there’s mattresses on balcony’s and although that looked sketchy, I felt very safe and would stay at this location anytime! On the day I was leaving they were having some conference and they were all types of Lamborghinis and fancy cars outside, was definitely a sight! I give this location 4/5 stars.

To begin, our room was not ready for a 10 PM check-in. The room was so humid. Our clothes and bedding was all wet. When you tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room, it dialed 911 local emergency. Once we requested turn down service, the service was not completed until late in the evening. We basically had to get our own towels and toiletries. There are no cards for you to bring up your luggage so you have to walk a far distance and haul your own stuff. Housekeeping was horrible. It is clear that there is not enough staff.. and to top things off the hotel told me my bill was clear upon check out then they tried to charge me four separate times hours after my departure. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not worth the money.

First time paying parking in a Hotel. Normally is included on your stay but here you need to pay 20.47 daily. Very nice on lobby and pool area but they need to remodel the rooms. On my room 2206 the phone was disconnected, the fire alarm was disconnected too, very bad illumination, the lamp on the desk do not work properly.
