  • This house is only 6.8 miles away from Animal Kingdom Park. This Kissimmee Holiday Rental is located minutes away from Orlando s Walt Disney World and Central Florida s favorite attractions in the exclusive community of Sunset Lakes, Florida. This is a gated community and is close to a wide array of restaurants and shopping malls. The home features a private swimming pool, and a foosball table, and is directly across the street from Sunset Lake s beautiful lake and fishing pier.

    Your family will love the ample space in this four-bedroom villa, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The home offers a King bed in the master bedroom with an in-room bathroom and soaking tub. The family room s flat screen TV and complete entertainment center will give you a place to unwind after a day at the parks. Our management staff will be on hand to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need to make the most of your Orlando vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Quiet Retreat! It was home base for our magical, once in a lifetime Disney adventure (short distance to the parks). Home was pristine, host was kind and gracious. Kitchen was fully stocked and spacious. Pool was a highlight for our grandchildren! Our grandson even caught 3 fish in the lake across the street! If given the opportunity, we would absolutely choose to stay there again!

This home was a great place to stay while we were visiting out family in the area. Lots of places to shop, eat out, and explore. The home was pretty accurately described and pictured. It was very functional. I would describe it as updated or modern. Communication was terrific and instant! Hopefully the pool heater issue has since been resolved. We would certainly consider staying here again while visiting family.

As returning guests we always enjoy our stay at the comfortable Vrbo house. Very clean, spacious in a quiet gated community, conveniently located to theme parks, restaurants and shopping. We also appreciate host Thiago’s active communication and quick response to questions regarding our stay. We look forward to a return visit soon.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. Thaigo was very communicative and helpful. A small thing but spoke volumes about the care and attention - we brought our dog and he had a dog mat and dishes out for our dog. First thing we saw! How thoughtful! House was clean! Had all the necessities and even a crockpot. Would definitely stay with Thiago again if dates work out! I felt safe walking our dog - community was great!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a phenomenal stay for our children's graduation trip. The host went the extra mileto leave a sweet little note and graduate key chain for our 2 graduates. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property and i absolutely love it! Location was prime for Disney (and not too far from Universal!). Thiago was great with communication and so helpful with check in and checkout process. Also a great choice if you are traveling with pets! They were most accommodating to my dogs and cat. I look forward to staying here again!

We always LOVE our stay at this beautiful house which is very clean, spacious, located in a quiet gated community and is convenient to theme parks (Disney and Universal being our favorites.Thiago is an AMAZING host, communicates with us before, during and after our stay which we appreciate. Thank you Thiago for making our stay wonderful!We are looking forward to our next Florida visit (this January) and will be staying at this 5 star Vrbo house, which always makes us feel right at home!I added plus is that this house welcomes pets and we always bring our little dog who loves this house too.We HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful Vrbo!

From the moment you enter the private gated community this is an amazingly relaxing, welcoming place to stay. We were in town from Ohio and after the long drive with 3 dogs this was perfect. The bedrooms were wonderful the living area and kitchen nearly perfectly stocked (we left a better pizza cutter and an ice cream scoop to add to it) and the welcoming gift for the dogs was a wonderful touch. The neighbors were super friendly and the extra to turn on the pool heater was totally worth it! We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this lovely home once before, and we loved our stay this time just as much! The lake across the street has a little pavilion, and it is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day at Disney. The hosts are so helpful, so this property is a win-win! Thank you!

Great Theme Park Location!

This home was a great place for our family of 6. Located minutes from all theme parks in Orlando. The owners were very helpful with every step of our vacation. We will definitely return for another great vacation.
