Shoot a text anytime! Other details to note Backyard & Fence The home features a full fence with an open backyard — perfect for entertaining, playing with pets, or enjoying family gatherings. Gatherings & Neighborhood \- No loud music – Please keep music and noise at a reasonable level, especially outdoors. No loudspeakers or profane music, as there are young children who live adjacent to this home. \- Maximum of 15 guests – Daytime gatherings are welcome as long as they have been pre-approved by our management team and they do not exceed this limit. $150 Fee Applies per event, must be paid prior to check-in. \- No rowdy or disruptive parties – This helps us maintain good standing with our neighbors and ensures all guests feel comfortable. \- Quiet hours – All activity should wind down by 9:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends. Strictly enforced. Any noise complaints will be reported to the authorities. \- No smoking of any kind- Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere on the property, and violations will be subject to a fine of up to $500\. \- Parking – Please use the driveway and available side street parking only, so as not to block neighbors from entering/exiting their driveways \- Security - We have external cameras listed online and onsite, which store motion clips and will be submitted to VRBO support or local authorities if illegal or disruptive activities are taking place. Towels & Linens To make your stay comfortable, we provide freshly laundered bedding and towels for each guest. Including - full bedding on all beds (sheets, pillows, blankets), bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and bath mats. Trash Disposal We have 2 kitchen-sized bins in the house: 1 for trash, 1 for recycling. In addition, the overflow can go into the large capacity trash (black) and recycle (maroon) bins on the left side of the garage. BBQ Grill The BBQ uses propane. Guests may refill or exchange the tank at any local gas station. Fire Pit The fire pit takes standard wood logs. Please use caution and do not open the umbrella while the fire is active. Pool, Playground & Game Room These areas are open for your enjoyment but require adult supervision at all times. Free Parking Enjoy hassle-free parking with a 2-car garage (space for 1 car) and driveway space for up to 4 cars. Street parking is permitted for overflow for an additional 3 cars (total 8 cars allowed). The hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive. We were primarily on the go during our entire stay but wished we had time to stay at the house and enjoy the incredible amenities that were available. Everyhting was nice and clean, beautifully dexorated, and very comforting. It was perfectly located just outside downtown and very convenient to Camping World Stasium, as we were in town for Warped Tour. Our teenagers loved the game room amd there were planty of beds for everyone. The only thing that would have made it more perfect was slightly warmer weather so we could enjoy the pool. Also, a 3rd bathroom would make this property beyond stellar. One suggestion: restock the coffee cups, we only found 3\. Thanks for a great weekend! ##### Emily B. I reserved it for a birthday gathering and was transparent with the host about my intentions, guest count, and plans. I reassured them the home would be returned clean, which it was.Despite this, I was repeatedly messaged about speakers and guests, even though I clarified they were only attending the party, not staying overnight. I was told speakers were unauthorized, though the listing allows parties with approval, which I had received. Later, the property manager asked us to change the music because a neighbor was “uncomfortable.” Quiet hours begin at 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends. Around 8:50 my family sang happy birthday, and shortly after, outdoor alarms rang and a voice on the Ring camera threatened to alert authorities.I quickly apologized to the host and turned the music down, yet instead of non-emergency contact, five police officers and the manager arrived. I believe this escalation was racially motivated. I am West Indian, a person of color, and neither I nor my guests showed disrespect or disorderly conduct. I even received a noise complaint at 6pm before the party began. I feel the issue was not about volume, but culture and unfamiliar language.I left the home spotless, followed checkout rules, and recorded video proof. While the house was lovely, the lack of understanding, poor communication, and treatment left the experience deeply unsatisfactory. ##### Marcelle M. Entire property inside and out were clean upon arrival. Quiet residential neighborhood that is 10-12 minutes to our cuisine preferences. AC cools the entire house well. Great to have a washer and dryer with all the pool use over the 3 nights we stayed. We did get bit by mosquitoes as each day progressed due to the rain, so might want some itch-relief cream handy. Host was easy to communicate with and delivered a few missing items later the same day. Would definitely book again when in Orlando! ##### Raymond F.
