Enjoy a relaxing day with the kids at the Pirate Pool, located in this new luxury resort at Lake Buena Vista Resort. This unit has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom also has a king bed, the third bedroom has 2 Double beds, The unit comes complete with everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. The unit boasts a full kitchen with granite counter tops, plasma TV's, a Jacuzzi Tub in the Master Bedroom, its own washer and dryer and plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The Resort itself features a unique pool with a Pirate Ship and slide, a poolside Bar and Grille, a relaxing Spa, modern fitness center, game room, an authentic Irish Pub, a convenience store and Pizza Hut. There is something for everyone in the family at this Resort!

A complimentary shuttle service is available for guests with reservations heading to Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. See schedule in main lobby for details, as well as purchasing tickets. Sorry, Shuttle service is temporarily suspended due to Pandemic.

Check in was easy and the 3 bedroom living quarters were nice and roomy. Thought we were supposed to have 3 bathrooms, did not want any of our kids families having to share. We had 2 bathrooms. Needed three. Nothing for bakeware. Pots and pan were used alot. Enough glasses and dishes to go around. The kids loved the pirate ship pool. Easy access to Disney and Universal. Thank you

This property was awesome. The building we stayed in was had all of the amenities downstairs.

Our stay was great. Everything you need for a weeks vacation. Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The only flaw is that the door keys deactivates often. We had to walk over to the office to get numerous keys. Getting updated locks would make this property a 10 out of 10.

We could not get the tv in the living room to work. You might consider putting dish cloths and dish towels in the unit. A pizza pan and baking sheet pan might help. Just a few thoughts. Overall it was a very nice condo.

Family Vacation

The stay was as expected although the kitchen was very lacking in pans/dish washer soap/cookie sheet and a kitchen sink plug. It was hard to do dishes when we could not even plug the sink. No scrubber as well. We had to ask for toilet paper twice as they started us with only a half a roll in each of the bathrooms. There was not coffee filters for the coffee pot so that was a bit annoying as well. The unit was as described and the facility was very nice. The store and 2 restaurants with long hours was lovely. There was ample parking and the staff seemed to try to keep everything clean. I wish that they would have changed the ink cartridge in the computer printer available to the customers. I would not hesitate tell my friends about this facility.

The free shuttle to the Disney parks was amazing as was the pool. I wasnt happy that cutlery, bowls frying pan had been put away dirty and we had to wash before using. The balcony table was a hazard with large chunks broken of it that snagged teeshirts.This was replaced when I brought it to management notice.

Lots of room! Great place to stay!

We were travelling with 3 generations of adults. The unit was spacious and clean. The store had everything extra we needed and pizza. The restaurant Frankie’s was ok. Shopping within walking distance with a cool coffee shop ‘world of coffee’ Hosts were great and responsive. Checkin was easy. The washer and dryer were helpful. Dryer took a bit, but it worked. Not sure if we got a different unit then pictured, but the unit had updated bedding and tv. We liked the smaller pool. Great stay. Would stay again.

Very nice complex but condo not so much

Complex is really nice, and convenient however the condo itself really needs some work. The dishwasher looked like it had came out of an alley somewhere and when we opened the door the front fell off, the dryer ran continuously and the clothes would still be damp after 24 hours and the oven wouldn’t work giving a “line error”. Called the owner who responded quickly with directions to call the front desk. They sent up a maintenance person who took a picture and said that he would show his supervisor and get back with us. Called for them to come back the next morning and a different maintenance person came and did the same thing. At this point my son-in-law did a Google search and was able to do a reset on the oven and got it fixed. Also the online listing said that there were smart tv’s in the condo and technically they are however when they wouldn’t work we were told that the condo didn’t have the internet for them to be smart tv’s. Not sure how that’s possible but whatever we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. Would I recommend this place “yes” but just think the owner needs to follow up on maintenance issues. Oh and the Irish Pub was awesome! The

Close to Disney

We stayed here for a Disney trip. It was very close and convenient. We didn’t have young children with us, so we never went to the pool, so I don’t have a review of the pool. The only thing I would avoid was the Irish pub restaurant onsite. The food was not good. But everyone was kind and accommodating. I would recommend.

Great property near Disney

This place was excellent for our Disney trip. The room was as expected and plenty big enough for our party of 7. I only had two minor complaints which were with the hotel staff not the actual owner. The room wasn't ready at check in time but they did accommodate late check out at the end. Also the pools weren't heated as advertised. Everything else was great, especially the on site restaurant!!!

Lots of space and convenient for Disney

Check in was easy, apartment was huge and very comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids going to Disney. Kids loved the pool; it was nice to have a Publix so close. Kitchen would be hard to do real cooking in, but it was great for easy breakfasts and storing snacks. Would definitely recommend this for other groups.

Great location. Great amenities. Good value. Could use some new furniture. Check in was a nightmare.

I would definitely rent this unit again but for the first timer the check in process was not easy. When we finally found the check in desk we were told they couldn’t find our reservation and that we needed to contact the owner. I tried calling all the numbers I was given but could not get a hold of anyone. Not what I wanted to hear after a long day of travel. When we questioned them again our reservation “suddenly” appeared. Once we got settled our time there was great.
