Each day of our stay here, there were beetles in our room. We tried to deal with it bc everytime we passed the front desk there were long lines. When we did bring it to the attention of the front desk, we were told the manager can only offer us 3k points. Option A was to switch rooms but we did not want to switch rooms since we had only a few hours left of our short stay. when we searched the points- we realized it is equivalent to not even close to half a night’s stay. The manager did not budge. Would not stay here going forward. Also there is a very foul smell when you are in the lobby.

The property was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Shuttle to and from the Disney and Universal is convenient. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with children or an adult getaway.

I really loved staying at this hotel. Very convenient to a lot of things. Including family I come to visit often. ALL the staff was very nice and welcoming and friendly. Stephanie, Victoria, Daniela and Amal were all very nice and helpful and there if I needed something. Planning to stay here again very soon.

I stayed here for 9 days while my daughter was attending her cheerleading competition at ESPN. The stay was excellent I came back to a cleaned room everyday. The staff was very accommodating when we needed a late checkout because our flight was delayed going home. Will stay here again in the future.

Staff is very friendly and nice. Property needs updating. The rooms had a particular old smell to them. But front desk ladies were out of their way great to deal with.

I do not know how this hotel was rated excellent on Expedia.
I rarely leave reviews, room stunk, bathroom grout was filthy, room very outdated, does not look like the room in the pictures.

We had a three day stay. Upon our arrival the entrance to the property was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was courteous. the building and rooms were nice, clean and refreshing. The Property is well lit with lots of parking. I felt safe walking around the property at all times, night and day. I never used the pool, but the pool area is beautiful. Our stay was very pleasant. If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this property.

This property was close to all major Orlando attractions, has a really nice and large pool, good parking for guests, and close to restaurants and shops.

Make sure you get there early so you can get parking & look at your room too since there are cockroaches.

All the staff was amazing. Veronica was able to accommodate us and checked us in early after we had a long drive to Kissimmee. Room was clean, pool was great. Breakfast was good. I have no complaints. Will definitely stay again when I come back down.

The stay was comfortable and check in was very easy. Front desk service is top notch. My room had a bad odor. Door to the exercise room was broken, you can enter but not exit. Breakfast was good, price was reasonable.
