Very nice property
Very well laid out house with bedrooms on the second floor. Sound from main floor does not carry to the bedrooms. House is well appointed for children with a Disney theme. Surrounding property is well taken care of. We would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again!

Four generations great grandmother, grandmother, mother, daughter’s 4th Birthday Disney Trip. Great location and very nice accommodations made our trip comfortable and memorable.

Family Fun at Disney
This rental was awesome. Close and easy drive to Disney parks. Clean! Comfortable! Very well equipped kitchen!!!! Great communication with owner. Next door to Walmart! (But this Walmart is crazy crowded and ran low on items the whole week-just be prepared for that. Not anything negative about the rental just a side note.) I would recommend to anyone.

Great location, lots of room
House is much roomier than pictures seem. Plenty of space. Very clean! Easy access to Walmart (walkable) but still quiet and safe. Pool was nice. Location to ESPN was perfect - 6 min drive. Easy drive to Disney . Beds comfortable. Full size washer/dryer was very helpful!

Very clean and perfect location!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was quiet and gated. 10-15 min Uber ride to Epcot. Super Walmart right next to the development. House was the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. Only issue is that we ran out of toilet paper! We didn't realize we had to bring our own. We had 3 rolls for 4 of us for 4 days. Had we had known, we would have added that to our Instacart order ahead of time. Other than running out of that, everything else was perfect!

Great property in a great location
We really enjoyed staying at this amazing property. We would definitely recommend this to anybody who needs a convenient location and a great place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well. Very pretty neighborhood with pretty plants.

Disney getaway
The property was very nice and just as described. We checked in late but it was a very easy process to get our parking passes. The community was quiet and clean. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location close to all Disney Parks
Great place to stay away from home. Close to all the Disney parks, dining, shopping. Shirley was wonderful to work with we will definitely book here again. Only issue was check in procedures, not owners fault error in VRBO app.

Nice condo in good location - fairly minor updates needed
Condo was clean and in a good location. The guest queen mattress needs replacing and there were no steak knives, pizza cutter and baking pans were limited. The biggest disappointment was the pool NOT being heated as advertised - many renters were upset about this. This is NOT the fault of the condo owner, however.

Hi Mr. Cope, I'm sorry about the pool during your stay. I followed up with the Community Manager. She went to check it on Friday, Feb. 25 and confirmed that the water was at 82 degree. I wish you would alert me on the date it happened so that I could take prompt action.

Wonderful time!
The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Check in was smooth, parking, comfortable beds. Well situated family space with nooks to create privacy if desired. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. With COVID we were especially concerned about cleanliness, the unit did not disappoint. Warm and cozy Christmas tree and Disney decor setting us up nicely for our trip to the local parks. Would definitely visit again!

Excellent location for Disney. Nice and clean unit with all the essential dishes and cookware etc. The unit was very kid friendly and included some toys and electric outlets were covered. The complex is right behind a 24-hour Walmart and two miles from a Target. Within two miles of plenty of dining options. Overall great place and location.

A wonderful getaway
This was my families’ first time booking a VRBO. It was a wonderful experience. The house was immaculate, clean and very spacious. My children were so excited when they entered the house. The gated community was very quiet and respectful. My children enjoy the pool and went every day, sometimes twice a day. I highly recommend this wonderful place. The property manager was quick to text me/email me. I never had any problems. I am looking forward to booking again.

Clean /spacious and close to parks
My family of four adults really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Best of all it was very close to the Disney parks. This home allowed all adults to have their own space to relax. The home is very clean and well maintained. The furniture is a little dated but that does not take away from the fact that it’s a beautiful home. It’s close to many places to eat and enjoy the Disney experience. I would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay. As others have indicated many nearby amenities to the property. Host was great with communication and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. This was among the top cleanest stays we have had. The property gave our family plenty of space to stay with a well stocked kitchen. Next time we are in the area we will definitely book again!

Nice and clean. Spacious.
The listing was accurate. The location is comfortable and spacious, and the complex it's in has the amenities listed. Per search and listing it was extremely short distance to Hollywood Studios. Beds were nice and everything well looked after. Operator was very responsive. 4 and not 5 for a few minor reasons. 1) staying here requires a special trip to the main clubhouse during working hours 8-8) to get a parking pass, including providing your registration and license. It's all described in the rental agreement but it's also a minor inconvenience, esp. if your plan is just to sleep there the rush out to the parks! 2) the cleaning requirements are pretty thorough... You must do a full load of towels, take garbage off to another site with you, etc. This is on top of a substantial cleaning fee AND a note suggesting tipping the cleaning crew. 3) Other VRBOs have generally been very welcoming. Thanks so much for choosing us! Enjoy your stay! This paperwork and location seemed almost entirely "here are the rules. Do not violate the rules." I had to explain to my little 5 year old girl a giant sign on the wall that said "no marijuana smoking"! 4) while not immediately within the owner's control and I believe they would have responded quickly... It speaks to the community... The 2nd night there we had to call the police because a neighbor was blaring party music at 4 am and unresponsive. Given they weren't there the first night, this might because rentals in the little complex are quite common. Again, these are all minor things. The price, proximity, layout and responsiveness were all great

Super easy and convenient to all the parks. Very convenient with a Walmart pretty much next door. The grounds and condo are well kept. The mattress covers are have some plastic thus makes noise but beds are adequately comfortable. Nice communication with owner

Nice townhome close to the action
Everything is wonderful about this property. It is close to all the restaurants, parks and shopping you would want. It's a well kept, nicely furnished place. My only gripe would be the limited parking. The is room for 1 car in the driveway and 1 car in the garage. Otherwise you have to park at the end of the road and walk to the townhouse. Nothing within the owners control (and not an issue for us) but something to not for parties coming with 2 or more vehicles that you will have to juggle cars into the garage or walk a bit from the nearest parking.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had such a comfortable place ever. Full kitchen is useful and 2 bath 3toilets !Perfect! And owner is so kind.She gave me massages in a minutes. Want to stay again.
