Excellent Stay!
The check-in process was extremely easy and straight forward. Communication with the property manager was clear, and the house overall was very clean. We used the house as a base as we spent our days out and about, so didn’t use the pool while we were there. Our stay overall was very pleasant, and it was useful to have access to all the amenities, especially as we were staying for about a week. The beds were comfortable, and the house was lovely, although a lick of paint wouldn’t go amiss, and it looked like the games provided weren’t complete - but this isn’t enough of a downside to take a star off our experience. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great place to stay! We stayed for a week and it was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very easy to navigate for essentials and it was quiet. The house and pool were both clean and everything was in working order. Overall it made our stay very comfortable! Definitely booking again if I come back to the area.

Very clean and great bass fishing!
We had a great stay at this very nice clean hoise. The fishing was amazing in the pond behind the house. The only thing that we were a good distance from the action in Kissimmee like Old Town, shopping and places like Bass Pro, etc. It would have been nice to have a propane bbq included. Other than that it was great.

The dirtiest accommodations we have stayed in!
Our family has vacationed in Orlando for 25 years. This is the first time we booked a home with a pool. In retrospect it was a mistake. We should have stayed where we always book. This home has not had a deep clean for quite sometime. If you like mold in your ensuite shower, greasy and grime range hood vent, filth at the baseboards, saggy mattresses, lampshades that have not been dusted in months and threadbare sheets and towels then you will love this property! If I could have left a zero rating that is what this property should receive. Don’t be fooled by the listing pictures. Absolutely disgusting!!!

It's always disappointing when guests haven't enjoyed their stay or that their expectations have not been met. It's also disappointing when a guest doesn't say anything until they are departing as that means I don't have an opportunity to correct things, as was the case here. It is also puzzling how the same property can go from a 5* review to a 1* in a matter of a weeks. However everyone has different expectations. The property has had a full evaluation based on the feedback.

Great location for event at Osceola Heritage Park
We had a water leak and the maintenance people were there immediately. Be sure to bring everything with you if you plan to cook. Quiet neighborhood while we were there. The pool area is very secure for little ones but we were sad we could not open the door to the pool enclosure when we had such beautiful weather.

Everything you need
The property had everything we needed except good pillows. They were mostly flat. The pool was suppose to be turned on the day before our arrival but it wasn’t. To credit the owner they did give us a refund for that. The property is close to all the attractions and getting around was easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was a tv in each bedroom and one in the living room and they all worked. The washer and dryer was great to have seeing as we had a four year old with us. The owner was quick to get back to us with any questions.

Roomy house, accommodates 9+ easily, well stocked
The house was comfortable, ample storage space so we could settle in, pool toys including infant float available in the garage for use, plenty of closet and dresser space to unpack clothing and hangers provided; loads of beach/pool towels. Regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, tea kettle provided. Couldn't have asked for more. The pool was big enough to play in and relax and unwind. Nice screened pool area to relax and never had a problem with mosquitos. The neighborhood seemed safe and we had no issues with loud neighbors, etc. Management company was responsive when we had questions.

Excellent property in a good location that was well equipped with a lovely outlook and pool that was kept well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a good base to visit all the theme parks in the area, as well as Kennedy Space Center which we all enjoyed.

Fantastic Property
My family really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what was listed on VRBO. The pool area was lovely to come home to after a full day in the parks. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient located. We did purchase a sunpass that made travel back n forth to Disney easier. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals at home. Was very impressed with property management and how quickly they reacted when a pipe broke in the half bath. The only complaint is the upstairs queen bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise this property was awesome and allowed our family to spread out and have our own space. We really enjoyed our stay.

So much space!
We very much enjoyed our time here. Everyone had their own space to unwind after a long park day. It was about 30 mins to all the Disney parks. The pool was lovely after a long hot day. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Disney/universal
This place was just as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating for our group of 8. The queen bed was hard and uncomfortable, but I can’t speak for any of the other beds. We enjoyed our stay. The house was about 30 minutes to Disney and Universal, just as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

This house has Everything
We were 2 families of 3, with one set of grand-parent to visit Disney World, shop and relax. The house has EVERYTHING that is needed and even more. The location is a bit far from the city centre. We enjoyed the screened in pool. Very spacious home. A few things that could be looked into; change of the mattresses as the queen and most of the single are very hard. As others mentioned before more face cloths needed and also please think of providing garbage bag and toilet paper rolls. Would definitely consider booking again.

Overall a very good stay
We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was clean and bright and close to everything. The only issue we had was that the lower level windows do not stay open. Kissimmee in January can have some cool nights and it would have been nice to open windows to let in some fresh air but they won't stay up. I don't know if this was by design or not.

Great house with a reasonable price
Kids loved the heated pool. Plenty of room for everyone and everything worked as it should. We were there during new years eve and it was insanely loud in this neighborhood that evening and into the morning hours. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The property was ok, it definitely needs a DEEP cleaning not sure really when that was done last. We noticed small ants in the bathroom, carpet was VERY dirty, none of the windows lock( the locks are all broken), for a lengthy stay they should leave more then 1 trash bag & more then less then a half of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Dishes were gross, had to purchase soap to clean dishes before we used them. 30+ mins from any and all parks. Would stay again in hopes that things are cleaner next time around.

Perfect getaway
This house was the perfect size for our family of 6. We enjoyed the sunsets off the patio and watching all the ducks in the lake behind us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation rental
The property was incredibly clean and had everything we could possibly need including plenty of plates and bowls, bath towels, beach towels, and pillows. As is typical of most VRBO getaways, soaps, detergents, paper towels and toilet papers are on us, so, we were prepared. The pool area was great and came with a safety alarm to let us know if the little ones were trying to get at it. The pool was maintained weekly. Stephen was very quick to respond to any questions I had during our visit. Will definitely recommend!

The location of this property was about 30 minutes from Disney, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, etc. The neighborhood where the house was located is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen needs some more cooking ware like dish towels, ice trays, keurig, muffin pans, starter kitchen items like dish detergent, etc. The drying rack in the garage was very helpful. The pool area was very nice and clean. The bathrooms could use some upgrades but overall was very clean and accommodated our family well.

Perfect stay for peace and fun
My daughter and I brought my 5&6 year old grandkids to Florida for a fun time away from the cold in Minnesota and this was the perfect place to stay. The upstairs queen bed is very uncomfortable and squeaks pretty loud. It was nice to have a couple options for the kids to stay in, they enjoyed a couple of nights in each room. It was nice to have a lock system for the pool door so they weren’t able to escape to swim in the pool without us. It was wonderful to be able to do our laundry and have meals right there. This was the perfect place to stay for an amazing time away.

Great place to stay
Clean, lots of space, plenty of cookware in the kitchen pretty much everything you need. Pool was great perfect size and well lit for swimming at night. The pond was a beautiful way to start the days watching the ducks and other wildlife. Great for families. The kids loved the space, pool, and the bath tub/shower in the master room was a big hit, great for bubble baths. Would recommend.

This property was perfect for our family Disney trip. There was a pack ‘n play there which was perfect for our baby. Not having to worry about bringing something for her to sleep in was amazing. The pool was perfect and the house certainly met all of our needs. Would stay there again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few things I’d like to suggest that I believe would be even better for future families stay: -Televisions in all bedrooms-Most times after spending all day together, people like to relax in the comforts of their own room where they can watch television in peace -Have at least three (3) trashbags due to the amount of trash that’s accumulated because of the amount of people during their stay -Have maybe two (2) extra rolls of toilet paper -Have more than one (1) washcloth -Have someone empty the trash before the next family arrives. The trashcan was filled with the previous families trash leaving very little room for our trash to be placed inside -Maybe think about installing a door to the en-suite for more privacy Other than those small suggestions, everything about our stay was peaceful and awesome. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend other families to stay there also. I did like the fact that the hosts offered many things to make the vacation a pleasant one such as, things needed for the grill, beach toys for the children, car seat, high chair, play pen, fishing rods…etc….we didn’t have to purchase any of those things and we were extremely grateful for that! The hosts (Steve and Diane) were absolutely understanding and helpful when I had a family issue and had to change the dates of our vacation. Thank You!

Perfect getaway
The house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all of the tourist attractions. We opted for the pool to be heated and the water was perfect. The house is very spacious and our kids loved having their own "layer" upstairs to watch movies. We would definitely recommend to a family.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very nice in a quiet neighborhood. Location was close to activities and golf courses. Only suggestion would be a umbrella for pool as the pool area was mostly sunny.

December Disney Vacation!
This home is big & beautiful. Pool was perfect size. We paid to have the pool heated & it was worth it! Quiet neighborhood. It is a little outdated, but everything was clean and in working order. Dryer takes a few runs to get your clothes actually dry. Not too far from 92 which has a strip of restaurants, attractions, gift shops etc. We decided to not pay tolls so it took us slightly longer to get to places. About 30 minutes to Disney. 20 minutes to The Florida Mall. About 30 minutes from Universal CityWalk & Disney Springs as well. In all, it was a great stay & we would stay again.

This homes was very relaxing and it has everything you need to enjoy your time in Florida. We really appreciated the amenities it includes like the beach chair and the beach umbrella. This saved us money when we went to the beach since we didn’t have to rent a cabana. The house was very clean when we checkin in and luckily we were able to checkin early with prior approval of Steve and Diane. The response time to my question or concerns was done in a timely manner. We had a great stay. We where only minutes from Disney. We spent a couple days back and forth to Disney and the location was great. The house was used as a rental and you could tell but the floors, bed and bath were clean and that’s all we were concerned with. The only thing to fix in the future would be to have plenty of wash clothes and towels on hand. For a home rental you’d think these items would be plentiful. We had to go to Walmart to buy washcloths and do laundry for our towels.
