Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. \- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. \- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed. \- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. \- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There are no exceptions to this rule. \- No third-party bookings allowed unless agreed upon in writing. \- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight, unless approved in writing. \- We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. There were 4 other vehicles blocking a safe space to park. Very dark area. Not having a space to park and there was unpleasant odor. We left and advised to the host. VRBO should physically inspect the property, pictures were nice but reality was totally different. Left 10 minutes from getting there and booked a hotel. I told this to the host all she said it first come first serve. I told I left and she was not bothered. Unacceptable. There were two driveways where were all those people?
