If you make them feel unsafe, you will be fined $350. 3\. \*\*NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE:\*\* Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. If we receive a noise complaint, you will be charged a $500 fee. 4\. \*\*NO PARTIES:\*\* Parties are not permitted in the unit. If you host a party, you will be charged a $1000 fee. 5\. \*\*LATE CHECKOUT:\*\* Checkout time is at 11 AM. Any checkout after 3 PM will incur a $250 fee. 6\. \*\*NO PETS:\*\* Pets are not allowed in the unit. Any breach of this rule will result in a $200 fee. 7\. \*\*NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS:\*\* Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are allowed in the unit.
