Our location and accommodations have the best of what Orlando has to offer at a great price. Conveniently close to all of Orlando’s greatest attractions, shops and restaurants, but removed just enough to provide you with a peaceful getaway.  
 \- 9 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (directly down Universal Blvd, no turns!)  
 \- 5 minutes to Sea World. (You can see the fireworks from this Resort!)  
 \- 2 minute drive or approximately 20 minute walk to the North/South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center (convenient location for convention center guests!)

Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.   
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.  
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)  
$99 per pet, per stay  
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.   
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.  
There is no fee for service animals.  
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.  
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.  
  
 HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:  
 High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.   
 The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.  
 This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

#### Tournament Haven

We stayed for AAU volleyball junior championships. This space won't blow your mind for luxury, but it exceeded all of our needs. The location is so good for easy access to OCCC from behind, take Destination to Tradewind and you'll avoid a lot of messy traffic from other hotels. So close to the beautiful pool, easy parking, and nearby grocery and restaurants.

The condo was fairly clean but the kitchen was minimally stocked. The master bathroom shower door was not in working order. Overall, the unit was acceptable.

#### Needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance

The property is in need of some deep cleaning. There were a large amount bugs in light fixture in kitchen, floor board rotting out in master bath, shower door in master bath did not have track so it did not open and close properly, chairs in dining room were all stained, front door bolt was not screwed in, several other cleaning items that need attention (stains on walls, etc.). The property definitely is not a "5", not horrible, but should have been priced lower to acknowledge the state of the unit.

#### Greta stay but a couple issues

This was a fantastic facility, great location and value. However could use a few more cooking amenities such as a cookie sheet, tongs, and a toaster. We did not have cable working for 3 out of 4 TV’s, for a day and a half, but was eventually resolved on the third time calling. Lastly, multiple comforters had a drop or two of blood on them, like the person making the bed had a cut on their finger. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay, and would come back again!
