This charming retreat offers everything you need for the perfect Mickey Mouse vacation! It features 1,700 SQFT of living space, includes 4 bedrooms/3 baths, 2 master suites, and a private pool and spa. Nestled in the Sandy Ridge community, it is just 15 minutes’ drive from Disney parks. A mere 2–3 minutes’ drive will take you to I-4 exit 58, leading directly to Disney World Drive at exit 62. Additionally, Sea World and Universal Studios are conveniently located at exits 72 and 76, respectively.

The house boasts hardwood floors and ceramic tiles throughout. Guests will enjoy the spacious King and Queen Master Suites, each featuring walk-in shower baths. The other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds. We've recently upgraded to a 67-inch TV in the living room, and each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. The fully equipped kitchen showcases a granite countertop and comes with all stainless-steel full-size appliances, as well as an array of pans, pots, silverware, and utensils. A laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available for your convenience.

Vacationers can take advantage of our free Internet access and unlimited domestic calls to the US and Canada, keeping you connected with loved ones. The community features a children's playground for our younger guests.

The private pool and spa back onto conservation woodland, offering ultimate privacy, relaxation, and fresh air. The pool and spa area includes a covered lanai, chaise loungers, a gas BBQ grill, and a child safety fence for peace of mind.

Property was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our large group. We really enjoyed the private pool. There was a small mix-up with the entry code when we arrived, but the property was very responsive and it was quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

A perfect place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay very much, it was easy to stay in contact and nothing went wrong and all amenities were as expected. I wish we had time to use the grill but we were too exhausted from our activities! The hot tub and pool were a very welcome treat at the end of each day.

Nightmare Stay: Beware of Bedbugs and Poor Management!
Our recent stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. On the second day of our stay, we noticed bug bites all over our bodies. We quickly discovered bedbugs and bedbug poop stains on the bed sheets. When we informed the manager, we were told that these stains could have been there for up to a year! This clearly indicates a long-standing issue with bedbugs that has not been addressed properly.Vivian, the owner, was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. Despite our children being badly bitten and unable to stop scratching, with our youngest requiring a hospital visit for bites on his face, she refused to make things right. Her only offer was a refund for one night, which is a pathetic attempt at compensation given the severity of the situation. We had to find a different place for 8 people to stay at for the night. To make matters worse, Vivian showed no remorse and had the audacity to offer a full refund only if we signed a waiver agreeing not to sue her. This is an outrageous way to handle guests' health and well-being. Our vacation was ruined, as I spent an entire day washing and drying all of our belongings instead of enjoying our planned trip to Universal Studios.This was the worst experience we have ever had with a vacation rental. The property is clearly infested with bedbugs, and the owner is more interested in covering her tracks than ensuring her guests have a safe and pleasant stay. Stay far away from

the parking is horrendous
The parking was terrible. The key box didn't work for the combination we were given but the door was unlocked so we didn't care. We never left the property so it wasn't a big deal. The jacuzzi didn't get warm and I am still waiting on the refund for that. The beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. My back is still hurting. However, the house has a pool with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and functional kitchen. It worked out.

Not impressed with house!
Arrived at house, was given wrong code to get in the house. Wrong information for internet. House was not cleaned, we went thru and dusted and vacuumed. Went in game room to play air hockey, turned on game dust blew everywhere,dust an inch thick on the fan. Unfortunately we all got sick and was sneezing and coughing constantly. Bought food for freezer on Sunday,everything melted, notified management. He came and checked it, turned it up, thought it was okay, went and bought more freezer food, everything melted again. Repairman came on Wednesday, was there 2 minutes, did not do anything, anther repairman came and put some stuff in, under refrigerator was filthy, found 6 wooden utensils on floor behind fridge. Freezer still not working was told new refrigerator would be delivered on Saturday. vent in hallway, was told it was rusty, was not clean. Barbeque grill was filthy, management came and cleaned it, but still was not comfortable using it. Pool did not look like it had been cleaned, found a bottle cap and a small metal rod in it, found pieces of broken glass by the pool. Waited until pool was cleaned the next week before we used it. Light bulbs in hallway needed to be replaced, garage door lights were broken Walkway very uneven, major tripping hazard! Shower in back bedroom was not clean! Used a shower cleaner to clean it. Under couch and couch cushions was dirty! Have taken pictures! Feel we should be reimbursed for all these issues, Could not list everything!

Good for the price.
The place looks just like the pictures. I also will say i personally searched and didnt see any sign/evidence of bed bugs on the property. Theres definitely a crack or something because the love bugs were getting it but to be honest ... thats normal in florida. The property was is a dead zone though service wise but luckily there was wifi. Distance to the parks was great. I dont think it took us more than 45 mins to get anywhere with traffic.

The master room (red room) has bed bugs. & the purple room with 2 beds had some in there as well. I contacted the property manager & the owner & the owner sent me to another villa. The 2nd 1 was very clean and better in some ways. This home was nice but the bed bugs is a no go.

PROS: Nice house great price and great pool. Plenty space. Host easy to contact. Property manager was great. Laundry was awesome and close to parks without traffic. CONS: Whomever you have clean that house in between visit you should change. We dusted the fans for you cause my kids have allergies. And the bedroom in the back definitely had bedbugs and my wife and I got ate up. Marks everywhere.

Great Home away from Home on Vacation!
This rental home had everything we needed for our party of 8 for a 10 day stay in Florida. We paid for pool heat and really enjoyed having the hot tub at night after a long day at parks or beaches. People reporting the one shower does not get warm are turning the handle the wrong way. All 3 showers get hot, the one that has cracks on the floor turns the opposite way to get warm, handle should be at 2 o'clock position roughly. We couldn't get that room's TV to function, however I don't watch TV so I never asked about it. There was a piece of tile in between the spa and pool that was clearly broken off, and looked to be recemented back but never held so it continued to fall off, but also did not affect anything. There were so many different floats provided we never needed anything for any of the kids/adults. There was a highchair and pack-n-play provided, which we used. All beds were comfortable. I wish the air condition could've been cooler in the bedrooms, but the ceiling fans and extra box fan in the room made it more than comfortable. The common area always felt cold, compared to the bedrooms. Ice maker on the fridge did not work, and there was ice left in the freezer for us upon arrival which was great. The location was further away from the parks than what we like, but we were not doing Disney, but Sea World/Aquatica it took us 45 mins -an hour some days because of construction/traffic etc. All-in-all a great place to stay, we all loved our home away from home on vacation

I contacted the owner one time with what I thought was a prob with the pool, but David came out within hours and it turned out to be just a timing difference with the pump and not an issue at all. shower was busted in the bottom. pool area needed a good cleaning .the floors was clean. house need a good cleaning. showers had not been cleaned. dust on the head boards and furniture .pool keep loosing prime on the spa beds sleep ok . someone keep parking in front of the house keep wakeing us up in the middle of the night several nights with car alarms and loud exhaust at 2 or 3 am every time

A little dated but did the job
When we first arrived we were a bit shocked by how dirty the living room floor was. We moved the table so our baby and toddler could sit on the floor but it was so filthy, we could not let them. We went to use the vacuum cleaner and it sparked on the wall (very insafe). When I contacted the owner they sent a new vacuum the next day and we were able to vacuum the whole space (including under the sofas as they looked like they had never been done before). The sofas could be replaced. They are ripped under the cushions and feel they are unsafe. The pool area was also a bit of a mess with plastic candy wrappers and leaves. The area could probably use a declutter to make it a nicer space. We paid for pool heat which was lovely so we used the pool as much as possible. The Queen bed was comfy. We didn't use the kids beds as there was Crusty cheese on the comforter which made me question whether any of the comforters are actually washed. The shower head in one of the bathrooms could be changed to be the same as the other two as it is not very efficient and the tap on the bath felt like it could come away from the wall. The WiFi is great and the TV was good with lots of channels. It is also just a short drive to the 192 and highway 27. There are also 2 publix and a couple fastfood places just a few minutes drive away. Toilet roll, kitchen roll, soap, ice and towels were all provided. Was nice enough for a few nights with the family.
