Amazing Water View, 1 Mile to Disney,Newly Renovated

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops,and designer furnishing (June 2017). This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake and only 1 mile to Disney. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay. This luxurious condo is located on the 5th floor with its oversized balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 . The master bedroom has a king size bed with its private bath and jacuzzi tub. The set of bunk beds off the corridor is designed for kids up to 100lbs in weight. The condo has second full bathroom. The full kitchen and living room also have a view of the lake. The queen size sleeper sofa cab be utilized to accommodate 2 more people.The Resort itself has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a pool bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a dock that accesses Lake Bryan.Watersports activities are available through nearby lake Buena Vista Watersoprts.Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property. Numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the world famous outlet shopping centers

not recently renovated. but good enough for what you pay

you get what you pay for. this property was not recently renovated. maybe recently painted. the carpet in the bedroom turned our feet black...we wore sandals a lot after the 1st day as a result. the washer stained most of our clothes with detergent bc it didn't wash well resulting in multiple washes to get clothes clean. the dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothes and towels. all of the pillows are super flat, bring your own or buy some of you want anything with substance. 1 kitchen towel and minimal bathroom towels is hard to work with when you are there for 9 days and are constantly rewashing and redrying everything while also trying to vacation. all of the furniture looks like it was picked up off of buy nothing so don't expect anything fancy. there was syrup all over the table when we checked in and there is no cleaning supplies which was explained upfront but frustrating none the less. there is mold in the master bathroom which was less that ideal. and the sink in that bathroom takes forever to drain so we used the hall bath or kitchen sink to brush teeth. the handle is almost falling off in the shower and the switch covers are in rough shape or just plain not installed correctly. the location is good. close to everything. the pool is great and the view is nice. it was good enough for what you pay for...but i would disagree with it being recently renovated.

Orlando Hub

Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Ideally situated between the Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa and Fort Lauderdale which we all visited. Very clean with nice pool area, hot tub and gym. Beautiful view of the lake.

If possible keep looking for other arrangements! If you must stay here be advised that the host mark is extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional. Count on being insulted and treated poorly by this guy if something pops up. I wouldn't book with mark again even if someone paid me. You have been warned

Close to Disney

This property is close to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. I was in Orlando to visit the Disney parks and Universal Studios. The drive was easy. It was nice to come back to a condo at the end of the day instead of a hotel. The condo offers more space, a kitchen and a place to relax after a day in the theme parks. I would stay here again if I come back to Orlando.

Quick Getaway

The condo was just what we were looking for. The view was amazing. The only issue, well not really an issue, the master bedroom door doesnt close because they bed was in the way. Not as issue if you and partner are traveling alone. Check in was simple and a breeze.
