This was the perfect house for our family. We celebrated our two grandchildren's birthdays, 4 & 7. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool and had a fantastic time at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

March 2024 Vacation Rental
As longtime travellers to the Clermont area, this was among the absolute best of vacation villas we have ever rented. Andre and Darlene have thought of everything! Communication was easy. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Ample towels and bedding. The kitchen has everything you need and more! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing location in the area.

Fantastic Stay Stunning House
We had 7 adults and the place was big enough for all of us to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is spacious and beautiful with areas for privacy if wanted. It was spotless and there was plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans for cooking. The BBQ was so handy. We loved the pool and hot tub we spent so much time outside. We didn’t have any issues but Andre and Darlene were awesome to deal with questions we had before our stay. We highly recommend this pace you will not be disappointed.

Just the right size! Met all expectations!
Beautiful 2200 sq ft home, well maintained, and in a great location to Disney (+ 20 min away) and to lots of other things like gift stores, put put golf, a water park and plenty of restaurants on Hwy192. The home was spacious but not too spacious as we could visit together in comfort, watch tv together or maintain some separation in our rooms. The heated pool and spa was the hit of the home for the kids along with the game room. The house was furnished with the necessities. We shopped on our way in since there was a Publix and Walmart close by. Upon arrival there was a slight mix up with the entry code; however after reaching out to the owner it was quickly taken care of and we entered immediately. The owners were pleasant and most helpful and asked us to contact them if there was any other issues. This was our first time staying in this home but we would absolutely do it again! An overall A++ experience.

We are a large family and finally found accommodations that satisfied everyone. The pictures and descriptions do not give justice to this beautifully decorated villa. It is absolutely stunning! Everyone had their own space but there is also common area for family time. CONS: - Floors, counters and bedding could use a little more attention from cleaning service - No toaster oven - rails on the jacuzzi would be nice for older ones PROS: - Wonderful location! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood - Pool/Jacuzzi were very relaxing and so convenient - So many amazing eateries!!!! PR food truck, Indian, Seafood, Chinese…the list is endless - Not far from the Disney parks and other local attractions on Irlo Bronson - Andre & Darlene are BEYOND ATTENTIVE…anytime we reached out they positively responded within minutes. No attitude…ALWAYS courteous…ALWAYS professional with customer service excellence - Spacious…fit 6 adults and one teen comfortably…great if you just want to chill at the pool or relax on the lanai - Andre & Darlene have thought of every amenity one could possibly need..from measuring spoons to a napkin holder! There was an abundance of towels and pool towels as well. This is truly a diamond in the ruff and our new vacation Disney vacation home! Thank you Andre and Darlene for such an amazing experience! Please continue to keep up the high level of service you offer to your customers.

Disney first trip

A relaxing getaway
A quiet, relaxing getaway and a great place to disconnect from the stress of everyday life! The pool and patio were top notch and where we spent almost all of our time, but the game room was lots of fun as well. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions and very considerate to check on us when the threat of bad weather loomed, although luckily it missed us. All in all - a great vacation spot! Would highly recommend!

Perfect villa for larger family
The villa was perfect for us, two adult couples, adult daughter and two younger sons. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the games room was well used too. Everyone had their space and privacy but plenty of room to get together inside or around the pool. Neighbourhood was lovely and peaceful and close enough to the parks, would definitely stay again if we are around the Orlando area.

This was our third time staying at Sunnyburst Villa. We love this spacious 5 bedroom home because it has 2 separate living rooms to accommodate a large group/family. The large patio/covered pool area provides the perfect outdoor living area. The fenced in backyard has plenty of space to throw a ball, play a yard game or let your kids run around. The pack n play, high chair, and stroller (they have 3 to choose from!) are perfect for young kids that visit. The home was very clean and stocked with necessary essentials. The home owners, Andre and Darlene, are very welcoming and are quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns that arise during your stay. We already booked our stay for next year!

Nice, Nice, and Nice
This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. They've done a very nice job of tastefully filling the home with furniture and home décor, so It felt comfortable from the start. Everything in the kitchen worked well for us, from the fridge to the oven to the dishwasher. Given that appliances can be a way to save money in a rental unit, we appreciated that everything we used in the kitchen worked well and was not loud. In fact, we did not see any corners being cut here. The pool area is also well supplied with furniture. As our hosts suggested, we managed to find our way out there most evenings. It proved to be another comfortable area to hang out. We could not find any cleaning supplies, so we had to make do in cleaning up after meals. Otherwise, the home was well stocked with essentials and has plenty of room in the pantry if you just want to stay in and cook for a few days. We found the back bedroom to be notably warmer than the rest of the house and the instructions ask guests not to cool the house any lower than 72, making sleep a little less restful than we were used to. Importantly, assuming the back bedroom was an HVAC issue that could not be rectified in the short term, I did NOT communicate this to our hosts until we had already left. I wish I had done so after the first night, as the hosts informed me they had on occasion found that guests closed off the vents in that bedroom because the HVAC was really that good back there. Lesson learned, communicate issues early and let the hosts take care of things! We found the hosts to be very nice as well, communicating frequently and clearly. Our interactions were all pleasant. You won't regret choosing this home for your Orlando vacation!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. 4 generations enjoyed this property. Kitchen so well stocked. House and pool very clean (and I’m particular). Location was perfect for us…we didn’t participate in theme parks but drive would have been very reasonable. Loved that we were in a residential area that was quiet and well kept. Close to grocery stores, shops, etc. We enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi our entire stay. Would highly recommend. Hope to be back next year.

Enjoyable Experience
This house was just perfect for my family. The floor plan separated the bedrooms but all had easy access to kitchen, family room and pool. The safety locks on the doors to the pool were a big relief because my 3 yr old grandchildren were with us. There was also a barrier around the pool that kept the kids out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the game room was a big plus. I would definitely recommend.

Love this Home
This is a large, beautiful, updated, clean home in a very quiet neighbourhood. The first time we stayed her was 8 years ago and we’ve just returned from our second but not last stay. We love the area as it’s close to shopping , restaurants and Disney. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub that’s surrounded by a privacy fence everyday we could. We had sunshine from 8:00-4:00 on the clear days. The owners Andre and Darlene went over and above to call twice and check on us during Hurricane Nicole. They never asked about the house only wanted to ensure that our family was ok!! The manager/pool man Mark was around as well if we needed anything. We will return again someday!

This house is beautiful. The pool was wonderful, and the hot tub felt so good after walking all day. Communication with the property owners was very easy. They were most responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again, and recommend it to my friends.

Clean with well stocked kitchen
We enjoyed our stay. Check in was simple. The furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and game room. My kids were disappointed that we had to buy propane for the grill which was too much of a bother. A couple of the remotes needed batteries. My disappointment was that it advertised 9 miles to Disney world. I think it may be as the crow flies. It took 25 minutes to get there. But overall it was a great place and I would highly recommend staying here in this quiet neighborhood. Also Andrew was very prompt in answering my questions

Thank you very much for your review and your honesty, our advertising says at the entrance to Disney but the roads to the parks can be miles and miles so depending what parks you are attending it can be longer. We supply the BBQ to help keep costs down for our guests as apposed to renting one, in return we use an honour system tanks can be filled at Lowe’s down the road for $21. We have a outstanding management team that would been happy to change the batteries for you if we were notified . We hope to see you back Andre & Darlene

Safe,Quiet, Clean & Convenient location, Very close to Disney!
Andre was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The house was just as shown in the pics. Our family of 5 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 12 had a great time! The kids and adults loved the Pool and the arcade room! This house is very close and convent location to Disney and all the parks and close to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and grocery stores! It was clean and we did have one small minor issue/confusion with the door code but with one call it was taken care of immediately, honestly it was not a problem to us but loved knowing that if we had an issue that it was taken care of right away. Would definitely rent this house again in the future and am highly recommending it to all our friends. The house was amazing, plenty of room clean and spotless when we arrived owners couldn't be any more helpful. asked to have the pool heated after we had been there for a day and they had it taken care of immediately . Furniture and furnishings were high quality everything you could possibly ask for. you almost didn't want to leave to go anywhere, I can't say enough about the pool area outstanding. The residence was exactly as described and my family enjoyed our stay. It is in close proximity to the Disney and Universal Parks. Having the private residence pool was definitely a plus and the home was clean and well stocked with cooking items, glasses and things you would need.
