Great place for getaway
It was in a great community and quiet. Definitely recommend staying especially for a couple it’s perfect size. Communication was great always making sure you had everything. Highly recommend.

First College Baseball Tournament
We were in Davenport for our grandson’s first college baseball tournament. The location was perfect as he played in 3 different cities. The 3 rooms were spacious and adequate for our needs. It was clean and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We felt extremely safe in the gated quiet community as we enjoyed early morning and evening walks. The pool was an added bonus. Our host was as nice as she could be answering any questions we had immediately. This was our first experience renting this way and couldn’t have been more pleased.

Good Value
Stayed 4 nights over President’s Day weekend for the purpose of visiting Disney parks. I’m an AP holder and generally prefer staying off property but even with discount, room prices were nuts. Lindsay’s property was so much more affordable. Photos and descriptions were accurate, accommodations similar to a hotel room, but with better kitchenette amenities. I’m not an Orlando native so took for granted the proximity of Davenport, relative to traffic. It did take longer than expected to get to the parks (25-40 min, depending on the day), but just is what it is, and plan accordingly to navigate the traffic. Neighborhood was safe and super quiet.

Just what I needed!
It was just like staying at a friend's house...with the added bonus of not having to keep anyone's schedule but my own! Definitely beats staying at a hotel. Lovely, quiet neighborhood that seemed very friendly, well lit at night and safe. Comfortable bed, tv, little kitchenette, fridge, kcup coffee machine, microwave, even a toaster oven. I bought a few groceries and just came "home" and relaxed after the conference I was attending each day, rather than going out for dinner or worse, getting takeout. It was a nice home away from home for a few days. Lindsay is great and very attentive. Instructions about access, check in/check out and how to clean up were easy and very clear. I would/will definitely stay here again! Didn't have a chance to check out the community pool and playground, but they looked nice as I drove past every day!

Perfect for mom and teen daughter
My daughter and I were in town for a long weekend for a sporting event. This was perfect for us! We brought our breakfast food and with the keurig, microwave, and mini-fridge, we were able to make ourselves breakfast each day before our activities. The host was very friendly and responsive! We also appreciated not having to search for parking and deal with stairs/elevators like we would’ve had to at a hotel or condo. We will probably stay here next year again.

Disney Races
Perfect place to stay for races! Easy traveling to and from Epcot for races and plenty of places to either stop and eat or pick up food in between. Owners were so awesome, I knew I could reach out if I needed anything. Definitely would return and highly recommend!

Nice home!

The place was neat, clean, and easy to access. There is no hair dyer or iron, and the coffee maker was broken. Also, guests do not have a way to control the temperature.

We have since put a steamer and hair dryer in the location to ensure extras are available for our guests. Concerning the coffee maker, I wish I would have heard about this issue during your 1 day stay. I would have taken the time to bring a new one over for you to enjoy. Since your stay we have replaced the coffee maker and have ensured it is working for our guests to enjoy. Concerning the temperature, we keep the unit at a set temp of 70 F°. There is an air conditioner and fan available as well as plenty of extra blankets in the unit. Thank you

The perfect getaway spot!
We flew down for a super last minute trip to Disney World to escape the cold weather and this was the perfect getaway spot for our little family. It’s a super quiet neighborhood and a really nice spot to escape the touristy aspects of Orlando. We’d love to stay there again the next time we go back!

Great Easy stay

A little get away
My husband and I stayed here for a Christmas getaway. The location was pretty close to a lot of different stores and definitely a great location if you’re planning on going to Disney!!

It's not a huge place, but it worked well for the night we spent there. Check in was easy and it was conveniently located. Has a makeshift kitchen, but mostly for heating up leftovers.

Great little place!
Affordable place with excellent proximity to theme parks. Made a great resting place during our vacation. Keep in mind that utilities are minimal, so if you’re going to do any cooking or laundry, look elsewhere. It’s mostly a comfortable bed to sleep in, a bath/shower, and a small living area— certainly all we needed. Thanks to the owner for offering just what we were looking for and a little extra with little details like the board games!

Great location
We stayed at this property for our trip to Disney. Good location outside of the congested areas next to the park but easy to get to the parks within 15-20 minutes. Perfect space for a couple visiting the area.

absolutely amazing
This was my first time staying anywhere by myself and Lindsay made it an amazing experience. She made sure I had all of the basics and checked in frequently to see if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend it to anyone who was looking for somewhere to stay.

Sleek and modern space for 2
Matt and Lindsey were great! The space was clean, modern and offered a cozy feel. Although it does not have an 'official kitchen', all of the extra appliances (omelete maker, toaster oven, microwave) help out a lot. We had an issue in the middle of the night and our hosts responded quickly with a solution. The space is about 20 minutes from Disney with plenty of walmarts, grocery stores and Dunkins' in between. Would definitely stay again!
