Studio located near one of the most beautiful beaches of Saint-Martin.
At the second floor (top floor) of a small residence "Palm Court Hotel" with balcony and beautiful view on pool.
All amenities (stores, groceries, tobacco store) and place of village with restaurants.
Well equipped : king size bed, wifi, Smart TV, airco, wahsing/drying machine, microwave, nespresso and regular coffee machine.
