"Wie immer ein schöner Ort für einen Kurzurlaub.Das Hotel hat alles was man sich nur Wünschen kann. Auf der großzügigen Außenanlage befinden sich 2 Pools,ein Beachvolleyballfeld,einige Sportgeräte und der Clou….die 2 Fassaußensaunen mit Blick über das Erzgebirgische Tal.Das Personal ist super Freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch.Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne hier her.Der perfekte Ort mal die Seele...

2/10 Terrible

"Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfühlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklärt. Die Handtücher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal Käse, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht! "

"This is a beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend. A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities."

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."
