This charming residence, with 580m² of living space and a 58m² pool house, nestles in a one-hectare park bordered by 16 hectares of olive trees and truffle oaks.

\- a space that can be used as a gym,

\- a dining room for up to 14 guests,  
\- fully-equipped kitchen and utility room (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
