This 3 bedroom, 10-person condo is located directly on the Gulf Coast of Orange Beach, Alabama, giving you direct access to the sand and waves. Plus, enjoy all the comforts of home with luxury amenities and an unbeatable view. From the moment you open the door you will know you are in paradise. The spacious and inviting living room is the perfect spot to make memories. You can gaze out the floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead to the balcony overlooking the sugar white sand or watch television on the 65 inch, smart TV. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed in case there is need for more sleeping space. In the kitchen you will find all you need to create culinary magic. Stainless steel, and updated appliances make preparing a fresh caught seafood meal a breeze. There is a dining table that seats 6 and 2 stools at the counter space, or you can dine on the private beach front balcony. After a day of splashing in the crystal-clear water or exploring all the things to do in Orange Beach, the king size bed in the primary bedroom will be ready and waiting for you. Drift off to sleep in style, or just lay down and relax while watching your favorite movie or taking in the sites outside the balcony door. The primary bathroom has a tiled, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom has a single queen bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination. There is plenty of space for everyone to get ready for a night on the town or a day at the beach. White Caps is a located in Orange Beach within walking distance to restaurants grocery retail stores souvenir shops and more. This unit is on the 14th floor is 1217 sq ft and offers WIFI. We were told we could not park but two cars in the parking lot. With an actual four cars arriving for the family vacation we had a dilemma. The folks at Youngs Suncoast said don't worry, there is tons of retail parking across the street we could park in. So following there advise we did park there and you guessed it, our car with ten other cars were towed. So $156.00 and two hours later we get our car. Now our problem is what to do. Maybe we could take shifts and drive the car all night or do we send somebody home. Turns out we just parked the four cars in the condo lot that never got full at any time of day or night. So next time your agent gives you advice on parking, take it with a grain of salt. I'm assuming they don't really give a crap so long as you write a check. Other than that, Gulf Shores is a nice place. ##### Morie P. The condo was clean, neat, and decently stocked. It had nice decor and plenty of space for our party of 10\. When we had issues with the kitchen light fixture and a tack sticking up through the carpet, the Young's Suncoast maintenance crew was quick and fixed our issues. The deck was the best part! It was large enough to accommodate all of our group, and it was where we ate almost all of our meals. I'd definitely recommend this unit and Young's Suncoast! ##### Rachael L. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels. The only thing I would change would be parking passes. If a condo sleeps 10 there is a good chance of needing more than 2 passes because not all people travel together. It was inconvenient to have to park across the busy highway to get to and from your car. Luckily the sweet man working the security gate made a couple of calls and got us another parking pass for the week.
