This traveler arrived and immediately complained that “This unit is not on the beach front that vrbo describes in the ad that they showed and we are very disappointed”. Nowhere in my listing does it say this is a beach front unit. It is beach side-meaning on the side of the beach, not across the street from the beach. I have a small side view of the gulf as shown in my listing pictures. After I showed them my listing and the pictures on my listing they responded with “Thanks for showing us the pictures must of been misunderstanding on our part.” At no point did I ever hear anything else about the condition of my unit until after they checked out and wrote this horrible review. They are upset that they didn’t get the beachfront unit like they wanted and decided to make things up to tarnish my listing. Next time read the listing before you book a property. Not right!

Contacted guests the day after their check in date to see if everything was good and they responded yes. Not once was anything mentioned to me that the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. They just simply left and I am assuming they were fishing for a refund for whatever reason. I personally drove the 3.5 hours to the condo to inspect it myself and found it in perfect condition. The only reason they were refunded the cleaning fee is because i was never given the chance for my manager to inspect their grievances and see if the cleaning crew should come back out. If the response I receive when checking in is that everything is great there is nothing more I can do to possibly rectify anything. For an honest review you may want to take a look at the close to 100 others.
