Oasis 3104 formerly known as Phoenix West II 3104 Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. This is a custom kitchen unlike any other in the complex. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach. The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and full size bunk bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 14\. Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home. The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
