Furnishings were recently updated to create a coastal feel while providing guests the utmost comfort while away from home. Imagine relaxing on the balcony, watching the sun rise with the dolphins swimming down below! Did discover what appears to be an old leak with the pipe for the kitchen sink. There was a container placed there to catch the drip & it did not appear to be recent. Had to continually empty out kitchen sink container. Also, for a condo that sleeps10+ people, there was 1 large pot. If I had planned on actually cooking for 10 , I couldn’t have. Need to have more pots stocked and there were no baking sheets— had to use a broiler pan and cook in small batches just for biscuits. Also, only 1set of extra sheets for 2 pull out sofa beds. No extra blankets anywhere in the condo. Requested some from front desk & were told we would get it the next day, but we never got them. We loved the space and location. Property was well maintained. Condo is in need of some touch up paint etc. would definitely rent again at Phoenix 9 & loved the very short walk to the beach & extended deck.
