This beautifully updated 3-bedroom condo is ready to host your dream vacation! This property really does have it all! From the beautiful beach views to the amazing indoor pool and sauna area, and everything in between, Shoalwater has something for everyone! Inside this spacious and remodeled condo, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The beautiful Gulf Views from the Living Room and Master bedroom are truly something to behold! The master bedroom has a fabulous King bed, an en suite bath, and a large TV to go along with the beautiful blue water just outside. The first of two guest bedrooms, that are sure to make you feel relaxed and rested. You will find a queen bed with a flat screen tv. The kids are sure to enjoy the two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. You can bring up to eight people with a queen sofa sleeper in living area that will have one of the best views in the entire place. There are TVS and DVD players in all the bedrooms and in the living area. Stay connected with WIFI streaming throughout, as well as a land line telephone inside the unit for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room and linens provided (just bring your own beach towels!). Amenities include outdoor pool, indoor pool, exercise facilities, BBQ Area/Grills, tennis court, and hot tub. With all this you won't want to leave...but in case you do, there are restaurants, parks, shopping centers (Including Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley), live entertainment, and much more very close by. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet these criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum. Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. We have stayed in other condos before but this one in particular is by far our favorite. We were already talking about booking it for next year so we can have this exact same unit. The view is the best! The decor really makes a difference and checkin was the easiest we ever had highly recommend! ##### Ashley E. Easy process, just wish the check-in could be done online instead of going by office. Condo was obviously updated & clean. It had everything you would need, except perhaps a full size coffee maker would be nice. Seems like the mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced, as it sinks down into craters on both sides. Perfect spot on the beach and location is convenient to both Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. ##### Robin S.
