It had everything right, from the fresh smell when we first opened the door to EVERY utensil one could ask for, and good quality. The decor is well thought out, well done. The location cannot be beat. Now for the bad.....I sent a pleasant introductory message to the owners before arriving; no response back. The rental company ALBVR sent the wrong instructions to get on the internet! We were panicked "had important work to do" Called ALBVR after checking in Sat, did not get a reply back until tue! Fortunately the owner left a "Welcome Book" with the correct loggin information and the correct password needed. Place; perfect, ALBVR; needs some major improvement. ##### randall d. It was clean, decorated nicely and so cozy. There is a storage locker on the ground floor for this condo that has everything you would need for the beach, this was very convenient! It being a smaller building of condominiums was very nice, not packed, easy parking, beach area was not busy at all. Close to restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores.
