Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. **Location** Lovran, district Oprič. The holiday home is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi).
