"Staff was nice, but…….most towels had stains. Only one wash cloth that had dark stains. Duck tape on the AC/heating unit. Stains on the bedspread. Fridge wasn’t plugged in and there was water in it that had to be cleaned. "

"You could really tell that the staff here genuinely cared about your experience. From friendly late night reception at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. They nailed it. Perfect quick stay on a budget."

"The accommodations are well situated in the middle of town and make it easy to walk to any place for eating, etc. The rooms and property are representative of the price point. I had no problem with it. I do like the fact that you have a small private beach and courtyard, and the doors of each room open out away from the street. Would stay here again."

"The air conditioner worked and was quiet, plenty of parking, staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms have a nice view of the lake. The rooms are not fancy, but very comfortable and quiet. Call the manager before you arrive to make sure the manager will be in the office when you arrive."

"I love staying here every time I come to Ridgecrest I’ve been booking this hotel. I feel safe. It’s clean and everyone that works there is really nice."

"Staff is awesome, very helpful. I did a late check in and they were able to help me with that. The milk for the coffee inside the room was old, so I could not enjoy a nice coffee at the room. The breakfast in the morning starts at 8am, I think is a little bit late for people that are used to eat o wake up early. There were spiders all around the shower."
