Omni Interlocken Resort Golf Club Tours and Activities

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were quite good. I appreciated the convenience of having a quick grab-and-go food option, along with a satisfying continental breakfast in the morning. The airport shuttle service was generally useful, but there was an important detail that caused an inconvenience. The staff did not inform us that we needed to sign up in advance to use the shuttle. As a result, we were forced to take a last-minute cab to the airport. When we asked about any possible exception or accommodation, the staff did not attempt to assist us, which was disappointing. I would recommend future guests be proactive about confirming shuttle details to avoid missing bookings or appointments. Despite this hiccup, the hotel itself has good offerings, and the amenities and breakfast make it a decent choice for a short stay.

Definitely will stay here again. The staff was great. The rooms were clean and updated. The restaurants offered great options. Overall, a great place to stay. Easy to walk to places.
