Luxury Villa TopHill offers a heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, a dedicated media room, 5 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, and breathtaking landscape & sea view.  
  
This modernly designed, luxuriously furnished, and fully air-conditioned 5-bedroom villa offers free Wi-Fi and panoramic nature views. It features large glass walls opening to an infinity pool, a spacious living room with a home cinema and a fully equipped kitchen.  
  
The villa is peacefully located in the village of Tugare in the Omiš hinterland, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, providing panoramic views. It's just 7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće and Omiš, 7 km from restaurants and supermarkets, and only 1 km from the local restaurant Palacio and a local mini-market and bar.  
  
Step outside to discover a private, heated 35 sq meter infinity pool featuring waterfall, hydromassage and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. You'll also find a Jacuzzi and Sauna. The sundeck boasts 12 loungers, while a covered terrace offers comfortable outdoor dining with a traditional barbecue right beside it. Next to the pool there's a lounge set and two unique Garden Egg chairs.  
  
From the exterior, you'll enjoy incredible open views of the natural surroundings and you can see as well the Adriatic Sea. Your privacy is ensured and there's ample space for sunbathing. Behind the house there's a landscaped area with artificial grass, perfect for a game of table tennis or badminton.   
  
The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned, elegant, and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and chaise lounge for relaxing or reading your favorite book, a flat-screen TV, and glass walls leading to the pool area. Media Room with a PS4 gaming console.  
  
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a very comfortable stay and to showcase your culinary skills (wine cooler, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, etc.). The dining area seats 10 people and features glass walls with direct access to both the pool and the outdoor dining area.  
  
Also on this level is Bedroom NO1, furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. This bedroom also has direct access to the terrace by the pool. A separate family toilet with a washing machine is also available on the ground floor.   
  
The first floor features:  
Bedroom NO2: A king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room boasts a large glass wall opening to a terrace with a lounge area, offering sea and pool views.  
Bedroom NO3: A king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also has access to a terrace with nature and sea views.  
Bedroom NO4: A king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room has direct access to a terrace with pool views.  
Bedroom NO5: A king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom with a shower, TV, air conditioning, and access to a terrace.  
Behind the house on the artificial grass, you'll also find table tennis and badminton, making it a perfect spot for your youngest guests.   
  
The villa consists of two floors with a total usable area of 275 square meters, situated on a private plot of 750 square meters equipped with security video surveillance. There's private parking for 4 cars.
