This is a very clean space with a comfortable couch and beds. The showerhead was also really nice. Everything was nice and comfortable and clean.There was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. I can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the space. I had a bit of an issue when we arrived and they got back with me quickly to resolve. There was noise from the distribution center across the street that can be heard in the living room, but the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and you can't hear it at night. However, there were a few loud airplanes that flew over. There is an apartment above the.unit we stayed in but they were not loud. Regardless, this was a great place and I would highly recommend to anyone!!

The property is close to all sorts of stores and restaurants. The propery itself was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were great, very comfortable. The exterior is well lit and there's lots of parking. Eric made us feel welcome and the communication could not have been better. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for the Nationals wrestling tournament & it was clean, close to everything, & the host was great! We had a little trouble finding the parking lot but otherwise it was perfect for a short weekend! Thank you for the recommendation of Gorat's! It was phenomenal! We would definitely stay again during next years tournament!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect and as pictured. Smooth check in process and Eric was very handy with recommendations for places to eat since I have food allergies. This location was easy to get in and out of & the perfect location for all the things we had planned in Omaha as well. Easy process, cute place, good location, and Eric was very kind, easy to get a hold of, and quickly responded to all messaging before, during, and at the end of our stay. I would stay here again the next time I am in town. We loved our stay here.

This stay was amazing! The host was so incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating for an early check in.The space was clean, comfortable, and they even had nice extras like toothbrushes, combs, and slippers available for guests!Close to the downtown area, easy to get everywhere, and I’d highly recommend staying here!

We came to IA to watch my grandson wrestle over the weekend. This apt was as described and very clean. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. Communication with Eric was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this host and this apt.

Perfect Getaway

I brought my niece and nephew for spring break. It was a great location, easy commute to all things Omaha! It was a comfortable, quiet apartment. The owners were thoughtful and offered great ideas for things to do. It was the perfect stay to accommodate our needs.

Nice Quick Stay

On a stop over night on our way to South Dakota, we stayed here. It was a little hard to find the parking area, but one we did we were fine. I was traveling with my adult son. He didn't tell me until I asked how he slept that he told me there were not sheets on his bed. This wasn't an issue because he likes to sleep on top of the bed. There were pillow cases. I did have to ask what the check out procedures were given we couldn't find them anywhere. There was a quick response and it was easy to do. The decor was nice, and everything was clean. It could be loud where it was located, but the bedroooms were at the back of the house with fans to help provide white noise.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay! The listing was exactly as pictured and host was so communicative and easy to work with. The property was clean and the interior designs were so cute. Would encourage others to stay if in the area; and would book again!
